哈哈哈哈,你估錯喇!我係呢到最懶最差既一個,我last month只上左7堂,因cny放假唔係hk.同埋我個membership只係一日一堂果隻,所以最多都只係一個月做到16,7堂.

the price of rose otto in previous website is a bit strange, as i bought directly from farm, the price is similar to that one

100% rose otto is one of the expensive one in the market, cheap one may not be pure

i did 1 minute of Kapalbhati (skull cleansing) in the morning for a week, i can solved a problem which pended for a long time.....

I did 1.5 minutes this morning, no numb happen...

no problem, if you don't mind, i can share 2ml of 100% rose otto to you @HK$100, usually i dulute it into 20%, 100% is too strong, my friend dilute it into 5%, also very good
