Just want to tell you guys a story..

the story happened one night last week (can;t remember which day) during the dinner time at our home. As usual, I prepared dinner for that night and prepared lunch for the next day.

when sitting at the table, my hubby said, oh! how come the veg is so oily (I just stir fire the veg with littile bit of oil) just as usual. and he told me no need to prepare his lunch box for the next day and I asked why???

He said he want to go out to get a sandwich from the shop rather than having home cooked lunch..but I said, I already prepared lunch. if u don;t want any lunch next time, u have to tell me before I start preparing dinner.. so he said, its never mind and he will take the lunch box tomorrow (very unwillingly!!!)

since he been complaining about my food recently and constantly request to have bread instead of hot meal so I tell him may be we can have sandwich next week for the whole week and save me from cooking more food.....I also take the opportunity to ask "since u been unhappy about my food recently (just been fussy!!!), perhap it will be better if u can cook dinner for next week???"

then he said, oh no problem (I am so happy that he answer me so quickly and agree to cook for the whole week...

So we went shopping on Sat, we usually do our food shopping over the weekend so no need to do more shopping during the week. I told him that u have to buy all the food enough for the 2 of us for the whole week (till at least Thur inclusive as we are eating at Friend place on Fri). Need to include all breakfast, lunch and dinner. and told him I wouldn;t mind having sandwich for lunch.

So I let him to do the shopping. at first he is doing well with veg and potatoes (as he like potatoes so he bought lots of them)... then I ask him if the veg enough for the whole week? and which one for which day. he can think up to 2 meals.. I asked, how about the rest of the week? he said oh if not enough can go shopping again on monday
but I told him that it might be very rush if we have to do shopping on mon after work but since he can;t think of anything else, we need to leave the veg session and walk toward the meat session..

In front of those meat, he was looking and thinking..
I asked him what do u want to cook? he said he had no idea

then he pick up a pack of chicken leg and look at me. can u remove the bones for me???? I said what?? though u are the person who do the cooking this week? he said I can;t do it ma...
then he want to put the chicken back to the fridge and I said, ok ok... I will only help u to remove the bones (since I know we will be there forever, if I don;t help him as he might run out of idea on what to cook)

so after a long time walking around the supermarket and get all our food so we went home.

Part 2

Last night (sunday) he started his first day of cooking. so I though I can relax and watch TV while he is cooking then he tell me that he don;t know what to cook :-(

I asked him, what to u have in the fridge??
He said only chicken for meat and some veg.
And he want to bake the mushroom with cheese.

so I suggest him to bake the chicken too since u are baking the mushroom.... though he will go ahead with the cook


then he looked at me saying he don;t know how to remove the chicken skin and how to maninate the chicken... so at the end I have to prepare the chicken for him :-( :-( :-(

After preparing the chicken so I told him that I will go to watch the TV and leave him to prepare dinner..
so afetr about 45mins... he said dinner is ready...

the dinner for last night..
incl
baked chicken.... (without any sauce)
baked mushroom.... (forgot about the cheese)
and some rice..

no Green veg :-( :-( :-( :-(

But I still smile at him and said thanks...and finished my dinner (although didn;t take too good)..
but I can't tell him its no good since he will then have excuse no to cook anymore..

so the fist night of his cooking go smoothly (he just cook rice and put verything into oven... jsut like reheating pizza)..

And this morning, he email me (very happily) that he only have to do 2 more nights of cooking///

I asked him why??

then he told me that we will be dinning out on Tue, Wed and Fri this week so he only have to cook Mon and Thur (Tue, dinner at neighbour's place, Wed restaurant as his b'day and Fri dinner at friend place)

So I say are u unhappy about this? I am more than happy to let u have a go for another week

then he reply, oh of course no la...
He will kindly return this important role to me

I think he realised that its no easy to prepare dinner after the first night.. so in the future I hope he can learn not to be too fussy and always complaint about my food

so next time he complaint again, I will ask him to do one more week of cooking


But before that, I will have to eat his food for tonight and thur :-( :-( :-( :-(

Think will have some biscuits when I go home

You are so smart to ask him to cook. Haha.
My hubby never complain and he's always thanks me after dinner. He doesn't know how to cook Chinese but he cook pasta or steak 1-2 times a week for me.

我老公都有投訴過我無 cook 嘅 meal 唔好食，跟住我話咁你 cook 囉，之後到而家佢喺度就佢cook o架啦~~

下次我來你家裡試下你煮d野是否難食先 不過點難食都唔會難食得過你老公煮吧 我老公從來唔會投訴我煮得唔好食架，因他醒目過你老公，他知道出聲的話受苦就是自已吧
今日我去左剪髮，順便整左個pandan cake給幫我剪髮個朋友食，我個朋友比埋d客仔食，個個都話好味，有個客仔話用支chanel香水同我換兩個pandan cake喎，因個客仔是買香水的，那麼我有著數喎，她說下個星期六交收添！跟住我個朋友就話我整d蛋糕可以拿去買，聽到有人這樣讚自已真係好有自豪感呀

ginny點解要去醫院，因為她唔係睇牙，是睇個jaw有無事吧，以前講過話ginny個jaw有些問題，所以現在每兩個月都會定期檢查的！

我都覺得baby borrower幾好, 等d靚妹靚仔感受吓點湊人先至生仔, 不過我都奇怪d人點解肯比自己baby比佢地'舞', 睇到都肉亦

Marc依家算係定左ddd啦 起碼出街食飯'識坐' 不過响屋企一樣咁'倒蛋' 前日仲响櫃入面摷左個webcam出黎, 根住仲安埋落notebook tim 不過我最鍾意睇我99湊佢,睇佢 同marc 沖涼好似捉豬咁, 呢頭同佢抹乾身, 呢頭佢唔著衫通屋走, 根住就跳番落水 等我99成曰話佢乖, 又以為我好嘆, 成曰係我面前話佢大新抱好辛苦, 放工後仲要湊2個, 我每次呻我夠辛苦咯, 又要湊2個, 樓下忙又要落去幫手, 佢必例排講' 我以前咪又係咁' 哈哈, 經過佢黎左2sats幫我湊2個一陣咋, 佢終於同我講..你平時點攪得掂? 細佬真係好反喎

我其實都鍾意生咗哥哥先, 然後再生妹妹! BUT事實上好多數都係第一胎生姐姐先比較好, 因為女仔比較早熟, 定性D, 更適合照顧弟弟或妹妹架, 所以生女先都好好架!

我頭先十點幾打比老公, 佢竟然未返工, 仲訓緊喎! 我問佢做咩野唔返工, 佢話琴晚訓唔到喎! 佢琴晚明明十點幾就話去訓, 有乜理由無點訓丫! 我再問佢, 佢話驚我有事所以成晚好擔心無訓到喎... :-P 佢又話驚我訓左所以唔敢打電話比我!

老公諗住會陪產架, 不過62聽到就話會有陰影喎... ?-(

我老公就話生女先好, 因為我有一個哥哥, 佢由細到大都好照顧我, 所以老公話搞到我好倚賴喎.... 所以唔係一定家姐先會照顧細佬妹架!
