he now have 5 bottles a day 7oz each time
but he can only finish the 7oz for about 2-3 times a day

the rest of the day, he will only take 5 or 6oz

I want him to drink more but now he know how to push away the bottle or shake his head

by the way, how yr girl?
did she put on more weigh this wk?
are u still giving her the same formula? or have u try a diff one?

i don't like to cook beef casserole, found it too lean..

if u want to cook 牛腩, I think beef shin (~not sure if the spelling is correct) is better

我地買嗰啲喺普通嗰啲牛，C6 唔記得叫乜，之前買都11磅幾一嚿，C6 話今日見到賣12 磅幾..........
