係呀, 啱就要買, 唔預計到咁多, 蘇州過後冇艇搭.

我地仲計緊數, 如果買美孚咁舊, 就可以買大d, 如果青衣同荃灣d新d同有海景就要細d. 仲考慮緊

其實如果俾你揀, 你寧願要新樓有會所但個單位細, 定要好似美孚咁舊但單位大同交通方便呢? 我地睇荃灣個盤唔近港鐵, 好似好唔方便. 魚與熊掌...不過最後我會俾安兒爸決定, 我費事傷腦筋, 我仲叫安兒爸要帶哂99同佢大哥去睇, 等佢地俾埋意見先好決定, 等佢地第時唔好有嘢講.

Yes, 蘇州過後冇艇搭! Especially for us as residents to enjoy the house, buy once target appear!!

If I'm you to move in with kid for years, I prefer揀新樓有會所, 但個單位細DD! Coz. clubhouse is really very useful and good for kid to go daily ga!! More, we chose the present new estate is because indoor warm swimming pool is provided, we thus can have more good parent-child activities in clubhouse. I shared 2H pa that if I wanna invest to earn rent, I must buy Mei Foo!

Is the new estate just next to Tsuen Wan Westrail Station? $7000/sq.ft. bor, quite unreasonable price at such old district location....

今朝琦琦好扭計, 又要食瑞士糖, 又要玩拼圖, 唔多肯食早餐, 拖拖拉拉, 攪好耐才肯着校服及出門口, 幾乎趕唔切搭校巴.

咁耐無返學, 我諗都正常既, 聽日輪到子進嘞! 睇怕佢情況仲壞, 因為我呢幾日開始提佢要返學, 佢次次聽到都話: 我唔要返學!
