我見過最平日hk$1,949一箱 (8罐連送貨)。如果到時大家都係當輔助品，唔使買咁多嘅話，可以考慮一起訂一箱 (既然大家住得咁近)。

yes, you can take 奶粉 to canossa, that was what I did in 07, but I heard they will charge you for that now, not sure the rate.
