if u have 扁平足，why not get a adjusting insole for the shoes to fix that issue, to avoid the problem for 好易跌低 ....
goodies, welcome back to be my 鄉里. agreed with mong mong - 香港搵錢快加多過加拿大好多, if not 66 lost job since 2000 , we won't be coming in 2002.
initially plan to retire at the age of 55 to start enjoying life....but now, guess i need to work till 65 lor... poor old dog, don't know if i could play hard at that time.
