smell came out from students' body? sometimes when somebody walked by me, I smelt the smoke

有乜咁好?又唔係唔駛比$??本來今年諗住去singapore,不過亞仔未有passport,而咁啱我細佬個friend又上左beijing做野,我地去到可大屋住,細佬又會支助下我地既洗費,所以改變目的地去beijing.

點解你可以失聲?我記得我咁大個人都好似失過一次聲咁大把.如我都可以失聲,咁就唔駛番工lu. :mrgreen:

我都估到會比你鬧啦. 我要慢慢望望下下面跟著就慢慢越望越低 .. 低到mi 埋眼咁滯丫嘛.

咁即係我個trick 成功左. 要唔好dup 低頭, 只係射lay 眼望下面塊地. 但當然我唔係下下都會用呢個trick, 我都會盡量試真係closed eyes 既.

反而我個仔有passport, 但未有回鄉証. 你地係一家四口去定係"lung" 埋好多其他親戚? 我覺得帶住我個仔去玩係好累架.

點失聲? 我先先係喉嚨痛, 跟著咳... 跟著就失聲啦. 但我失左聲咪又係要返工... 做我平時要做既野.... 我都唔鬼理d 人聽唔聽得明我講咩啦!

means somebody was smoking near the exit of female changing room, OMG

i did not go for yoga these days, last night went to see doctor again, i was 99% ok on early February, and getting worse this month, the doctor said i should bend my knees when brushing my teeth, the pose when i forward bend my upper body and hold will hurt my lower back, I supposed to join yoga therapy by professor tomorrow night, as he will advised not to do some poses for lower back problemers....Eshwar won't....

your spine not very well too, normal people won't be sore for no exercise just for two days, did you ask the instructors about your problem ?

會同我parent+brother去,可能同埋99囉.就係有佢地一齊我先會去beijing,有人可以幫手抱下我個仔嘛.

我就算咳到死死下(陀細仔時試過咳足3個月零8日),都唔會失聲.

情願4秒5秒6秒7秒咁加上, 都唔好有開眼既idea係腦入邊, 唔係就停留係4秒, 你有無試 closed eye sun salution? 練動作只係訓練集中力/信心既過程, 唔係終點呀, 係屋企戴個 eye mask 練下, 又唔怕係堂上比人笑囉.... :lol:

Yoga helps you place attention on your beliefs and thought processes.

E ating regime

It's one of those common questions; "Do I have to be vegetarian to practice Yoga?".

Well no, not for most of the physical benefits that most westerners come to yoga for.

But there is an accepted ancient principle of yogic life called Ahimsa, which means "avoidance of injury" or, refraining from injuring living creatures.

Since this means not killing animals for food, many pure yogis are vegetarian.

But what does this have to do with eating?

A vegetarian diet is likely to be more affective at helping you with weight loss and changing your shape -- so we recommend it as an effective option.

However, what is more important is a balanced diet and one which concentrates on proper food combining.

Luckily, a regular yoga practice (3 or more vigorous classes a week) will kick-start your metabolism and lead to quite natural changes in the foods that you desire.

You will also become more conscious of what you eat and how it affects you as your own capacity to notice and calibrate your own body improves.

We love the work of famous biologist, Humberto Maturana who offers the idea that nature is conservative -- it leaves behind what doesn't work and conserves what does. Change does not have to be chaotic, hard or dramatic.

With a regular practice, your body will discard "old" food behaviors and conserve those that support your emerging shape and identity.

A cceptance of self

Along with the physical elements, yoga (especially Bikram Yoga) is a wonderful emotional cleansing.

It teaches you to accept yourself -- emotionally.

You'll find it easier to live with yourself and the "conditions" you have right now.

You'll stop needing to "live for the future".

You become comfortable "in your own skin" -- no matter what shape you are - then you'll find your body won't resist changes and it becomes a real pleasure.

Trying to change your shape out of desperation is the hard way!

You may not end up being the shape that the magazines think we all should be -- but you will learn to completely accept yourself and who you are.

T hrow away the scales
--------------------------
This is one of our favorites!

Stop counting the lbs and kgs.
Throw away the scales.
Don't count calories.
And do:

Concentrate on dress size and waist size changes.
Notice how any previously "pudgy" areas become sleeker.
Watch your skin develop "the Bikram glow" as we call it.
Notice your eyes becoming brighter (and sometimes cleaner and whiter looking).
Some people see their skin change color -- from gray (poor circulation) to pink (good circulation). (This is a real example from our own studio and is obviously based on white anglo-saxon skin coloring, which is all we often see in our own studio -- if you'd like to tell us what changes you've noticed for other skin pigments, we'll post it here!)
Faces can change expression -- perhaps from pinched-looking to open. Or from looking disturbed to looking full of life and happiness (a real example from our studio -- and in just a few weeks!).

Many of us have a liquid intake that does the reverse of keeping us well-hydrated. Drinks such as teas, coffees and sugary-soda drinks tend to leech the body of it's vital water.

This is even more important when practicing with a view to slimming down. You'll need to continuously replenish fluids lost from simply sweating -- but also those lost due to the massive physiological cleansing you will go through when breaking down fat and improving body functioning.

You will even lose pounds and kilograms as sweat into your towel during a particularly intense Bikram session -- and you may even find you feel slimmer around the waist as a result. But make sure you put plenty of water back into your system!

E xcellence

Finally, nothing will work to change your shape in your practice if you don't make an effort to be accurate in the poses and to really engage muscles fully.

Develop a consciousness about your body.

Work hard the right way (listen to your instructor for the fine distinctions in any pose).

After all, if you are: (depending on the pose of course)

Locking the knee/engaging the thighs;
Squeezing your butt;
Sucking in your stomach (to engage your core muscles);
Then not only will this create a better pose and therefore work your physiology and internal organs as intended, it will also help to tone and slim these specific areas!

And your stamina and perseverance will skyrocket -- great assets to have in shaping up!

So there you have it ... just B.R.E.A.T.H.E!

1. Yoga can easily build muscle bulk.

-- Muscles weigh more than fat
-- Therefore your actual weight in lbs or Kg will increase
-- These are considered GOOD lbs!

2. Yoga helps break down stubborn or trapped fatty deposits

-- These may be in stiff joints (or even part of the cause of the stiffness)

-- Subcutaneous (under the skin) and lipid fats that get broken up with stretches and compression

-- Fat is easily "burned" from excess stored in tummies, hips, thighs and buttocks

我地講講吓突然改善行程,因為有人話去四川只得5日係唔夠,起碼要2星期... :cry: 最後決定改為佛誕去,一來平啲,二來我又唔洗趕著返workshop.我地plan去柬埔寨睇吳哥窟。你個agent咁積極,不過真係唔好意思無幫親佢。

去北京好好玩架,洗費又唔貴,不過要小心啲小偷。我都係北京小住過,地道人好好,外省人就要小心,特別係新疆人,神偷來的。同小朋友去上海都係一個好地方。

我之前感冒都係咁.醫生話係喉嚨發出來係好正常.未上A&前我認過連續一個星期失2次聲.差啲比人追殺,以為你玩野唔返工(我份工出唔到聲即係唔洗返)

我都會用咁既方法先,然後覺得stable就真係合埋隻眼,不過都係要睇當日個mind係點,有時放左工去做真係唔得,過左9:00又好啲

我今日身體都幾ok,但昨日個middle-back痛到死....可能昨日太勞氣

上次生heib 時, pained for 15hrs but still can't get open even only 1 degree, so用咗無痛分脕, 之後就一路都覺得 the middle spine (the injection area) yuen yuen痛 la.
