3.唔經agent 續約, 會否對我無保障。如經agent 一般收僱主費用多少? bunbun 又多少?

4.如自行續約，點去保障自己。佢回鄉前是否要扣起一個月糧，但係係犯法的。亦都聽聞可以叫bunbun 寫定證明話在限期唔番當毀約，咁有無sample 呀! 謝謝!

5.機票方面，太約幾$到，同是否需要俾額外車$, 點計算架?

1. 可以，一年內即09/11/08前走都無問題。係要額外補假。
2. 佢肯就梗係好啦，最怕佢say NO，另外費用當然由你俾。
3. 唔會，自己做同Agent做都一樣。一般收僱主費用約HK$1,000.-另工人最多俾10%of monthly salary即$348.-
4. 工人走時到糧期就要出，唔可以hold架。無sample叫佢自己手寫，幾時去幾時返，過期唔返當辭職。其實將心比己、如果你老板咁對你你會高興否?
5. Check 多幾間Travel Agent問價錢，額外俾多HK$50由當地機塲返工人屋企既車費，來回都要俾即HK$50 x 2。

Hi mrsrose,

My helper will be finished her contract on Sept 8th and we decided not to sign another contract after that. Since this is the first time I hired helper, so I have the following questions about releasing her:-

1) She started working on Sept 9th 2005, is Sept 8th 2007 also her working day? In such case, when should I let her go?

2) She requested to have the Release Letter on this weekend, is it okay for me to give her before her last day? (should be no harm to me, right?)

3) Her Working Visa will be expired on Sept 9th, and she is going to apply for Tourist Visa on this Saturday. She asked me to book the ticket for her on Sept 22nd. Is it okay for me to book the ticket after the contract finished date?

4) Should I provide her an Open Ticket? Originally, I plan to buy her a CX open ticket, however she told me she will look for jobs in HK and not sure will go back or not. So, I don't want to waste an expensive ticket and changed my mind to buy her a Cebu Pacific one. But if I buy her a Cebu Pacific ticket, which will charge $250 for amending date afterwards, should I bear the charges if she really amends the date later?

5) What about if she really finds another employer and starts working immediately without going back to Philippines, do I need to take any responsibility on that? I mean.. whether she stays or not, it should be none of my business if I paid her the salary and bought her a one-way ticket, right?

每個約,會幾耐一個約?而每個約大假幾多?
會否隨著年期,會遞增大假?
要唔要比長期服務金?
而完約之後,若不再請工人的話,要唔要賠錢?
開頭是否一次過比埋來回機票?
還有咩其它費用要付?
如果我暫時要工人睏廰的話,是否一定要同介紹中心講埋?
一般要預幾多時間請工人嫁?
保險自行找定係比agent攪埋?
所有工人的假期及其它,其實任可agent都會一樣?
你話找agent公司,搵自己返工附近好,定屋企附近好?

太多太多問題,請教下我

我個舊工人有個朋友想黎做~
但係佢話要搵agent先可以請佢~
仲要我地俾多一個月人工個agent~
而家唔可以自己去入境處申請~
我想知係咪呢??

最近我同事發現佢個印印有偷錢及落格行為，數目有成七至八千蚊，佢想問可吾可以即炒吾比一個月待通知金及機票錢叫佢走，當然佢肯拎番錢出黎就另計！

請問自己同菲傭續約,
1) 去領事除左帶新合約, 仲有無其他野要帶?
2) 之後去入境處, 有無得預約, 要等幾耐, 可以放低文件轉頭攞番嗎?

請問自己同工人續約問題:

1. 工人1月約滿, 要預幾多時間辦手續?
2. 續約程序係點,
3. 合約喺邊度有得攞返嚟填?
4. 費用幾多?
5. 重要唔要比入息同地址證明?
6. 如果工人放假冇依時返港, 咁炒佢係咪唔駛補錢?
7. 雇員再培訓費係咪可以帶落去比新工人?

好苦惱...請幫忙..

我搵左印傭, 佢同舊僱主嘅合約14/9/2007 完, 我已透過agent 同個印傭簽約, 入境署appointment 亦已約左20/9/2007出新的working visa. 今日工人個舊僱主要求佢返大陸幾日幫佢做野, Agent 話哩段時間工人不可離開香港, 但個舊僱主堅持, 個工人又唔知點解好怕佢, 唔敢唔上..

咁其實佢地咁做會唔會影響到佢個新visa?又或者出左境返唔到來? mrsrose, 請幫忙解答!

我bb10月中出世,真係唔可以俾個工人有咩差池ka...:-(

ANS:{Started working date may not be the expiry date, you need to check from her passport working visa expiry date, if 9/9/2005 really visa starting date then expiry will be on 9/9/2007 that mean her last working will be on 9/9/2007. If she agreed, anytime from now you can let her go or just finished on 9/9/2007.}

ANS:{Yes upto you}

3) Her Working Visa will be expired on Sept 9th, and she is going to apply for Tourist Visa on this Saturday. She asked me to book the ticket for her on Sept 22nd. Is it okay for me to book the ticket after the contract finished date?

ANS:{It is OK to book on 22/9, but better asked her to write a request letter to you about the booking for safe}

4) Should I provide her an Open Ticket? Originally, I plan to buy her a CX open ticket, however she told me she will look for jobs in HK and not sure will go back or not. So, I don't want to waste an expensive ticket and changed my mind to buy her a Cebu Pacific one. But if I buy her a Cebu Pacific ticket, which will charge $250 for amending date afterwards, should I bear the charges if she really amends the date later?

ANS:{That's the reason why I asked you to have a request letter from her, in case anything happen you no need to bear any loss. If not, just give her Cebu ticket fare in cash.}

ANS:{Yes none of your business, but remember to send a letter to Immigration regarding the contract already expiry and she also left your house on the same date}

你真係太多問題，你打去多幾間Agent問以上問題，邊間答得令你滿意就用個間請啦。問完都重唔清楚既話、就PM你手提俾我，等我答你。

ANS:{唔關入境處事，而係領事館既問題，你可以打去領事館問清楚先攪，一定要有領事館批準先可做Direct Hiring}

有証據就報警，但就算佢入左罪，代通知金可免，但機票都係要僱主俾架。

Normally they will send you a confirmation letter after received your letter within a month, you can wait some more time or you can call/fax to enquiry about they received it or not. Pls note, you also need to inform Insurance Company about you changed the address already.

Dear Mrsrose,
I got an evidence showing my maid had participlated in part-time job during her holiday. However, her performance in my house wasn't so bad. I have warned her it is against the law to work for other employer during holiday, she can be sent home right away by immigration. She knows it is not right but she had already taken the risks for the past three weeks. I explained to her how serious it can be if she gets caught by the immigration. She said she will not go to work part-time again. I have kept the evidence on my hand.

The problem that I am facing now is I need a helper, she needs more money for her reason, she still has one year contract with me. I don't want to fire her because of this unless she does it again.

I am plaining to give her a warning letter, what wordings should be put inside regarding this issue to prevent myself get into trouble? Please kindly advice. Many Thanks!
