cc&longlong, 我個家務助理每個星期黎3次，每次3-4鐘，佢每次黎除左做清潔外，仲會幫我買埋兩日"送"，煲湯，同埋煮lunch個餐，HK$50 per hour，不過我都唔知點解佢咁快手3個半鐘左右就攪掂，有時唔使添，有時仲有時間抹窗。我係灣仔循道衛理中心請架。因為之前請陪月都係through佢地，覺得d人好nice同好pro。如果你要電話就話我知。
I am terribly busy since I have resumed work and fly almost everyday, if not flying, then training~!! I dont have much time for rest too~!!! Haven't come to BK for few days, can't read all messages I have missed~!!
My BB is very well and always smiles when we look at her, but she hasn't started to turn her body yet!!! I planned to continue to feed her formula milk until 6 months, i will start to feed her some soft-food and juice.

M6 is a really great invention!!! 100.- for each time in Physical is really cheap! For me, they will try to sell you for joining some course, but cannot say 'hard-sell' when comparing to other beauty salon~!! I slimmed myself by doing M6, ATT and BLP each time when now it's still 100.- for each treatment. I still have 3 lbs to lose for back to shape before pregnancy. Let's work hard!!!!

It's good that you can use the latest M6 keymodule machines in Central becos it is much effective. For me, I joined the latest M6 keymodule plan for 15 times at $6750.- at Majorie Bertagne Fitness Salon. But I haven't started this plan yet becos it's so cheap to do that in Physical. I did the old M6 and having very good result, I think you will be much better than me and faster to slim yourself for doing M6 keymodule..... I think you will have 2 months period for 100.- offer, right? So do ATT for the waist and BLP with your M6 everytime, you will have a wonderful result!

ATT not painful at all if you still have fat in a certain area. For me, I did many times ATT on my waist (the bones above patpat on left and right side under the waist). It was not painful at all when there were very fat at the beginning, but last time I went for ATT for that area, i felt very painful becos the fat layer was very thin lu... so I should be happy becos the fat has gone! ATT is very effective for those stubborn fat and cellulite tissue before you go for M6.
