Finish mortgage so soon?????? Wah!!!!

Before when we had the apartment, we just pay on schedule...back then it was low interest and thus it was better for us to use the money for investment. nowadays, we may pay more upfront.

因為我同爹爹都在 hsbc 出糧, 而且佢比個 rate 都 ok 喎 (細P - 2.9%) & the term is not bad (只綁1 year for partial & 2 years for fully payment) just for your reference.

我當年買呢層樓, 佣金係 50% 咋喎. 其實直接同佢講就得啦, 問佢佣金有無得傾, 佢哋都預咗, 好多時都可以減到一半.

We've no patient to wait ga, especially after the born of Hughes. My apartment is FULL even with 3 bedrooms coz. low practical area. Kids have limit space to play in household, messier and messier, living quality is affected!

Your present rental contract will soon finish in Jun. right? deducting 1.5-2months for transaction period, you may buy in April or before....However, all is about any "good target" appear!!

安兒媽, 有時呢啲嘢真係睇天時地利人和, 雖然你想睇果啲單位有好多供應, 不過未必你想要果啲, 除咗 size 外, 仲要睇方向, 室內裝修, 最重要係你入屋後既感覺. 最好就係唔急既時候開始睇, 如果唔係急起上黎先睇就會睇漏好多嘢架啦.

不過如果我有得換, 我都會換返呢個屋苑. 安兒媽所問既問題 (要 clubhouse 定要屋大加方便), 如果兩者都有當然好, 但如果只可選其一, 我會要屋大加交通方便. 有 clubhouse 固然好, 無 clubhouse, 咪去公園囉, 唔會連公園都無啩. 到佢哋再大啲, 佢哋未必甘願留係 clubhouse 入面玩架啦. 間屋大啲, 空間多啲, 人都舒服啲. 交通方便真係好緊要. 以前我住係山上 (個屋苑係半山上), 成個屋苑得兩間巴士, 就算去同區都要轉車. 當年返中學, 明明望到間學校, 但架巴士硬係轉呢到轉果到都未到, 好慘架! 咪日日係巴士訓囉.

不過而家新屋苑多數有 clubhouse, 但價錢就會貴啲囉, 對我呢啲貧困之家, 無乜選擇.

I think if the kids are young, it would be nice to have a clubhouse. However, by the time they reach primary school age, clubhouse is less important, as they will be busy with school work and after school activities. That's when convenience is important.

Hahaha..we felt like that with the birth of Ivy in our old apartment. We had 3 bedrooms, but we combined 2 rooms into one big master room...After the birth of Ivy, it just seemed so small and very messy. We decided to sell and rent because property prices were too high. We are still debating when to buy a property for us to live in...30% upfront payment is a lot of money!!!
