但你有冇聽d sales 講, 話遲下冇得轉plan 架啦? 有個sales 咁同我講過架.

我諗年紀越大就越需要keep 住做yoga, 呢一年我感覺到突然之間身體機能差左, 所以我諗我應該可以 keep 到一路做yoga 架... 只要我仲響香港.

agreed! even not yoga... either GYM or Areobic also good ga... but I picked yoga law... that's why I signed 6 yrs plan!

我覺得玩gym 好悶丫嘛. 跳aerobic 我又怕"室"頭哥受壓... 水我又唔識游, 所以我係得yoga 架咋...

really? Pure... still feel not good! esp had experience in Planet! but for kids yoga.... heib is too small in Planet Group, I saw the kids are all over age 6 or 7!

I joined South China Association & Physical for over 4-5 years before ga la...
GYM same feeling to you, very very boring...
Areobic I like it but not good for knees.. esp step (areobic).. also no good for legs.. too powerful... if keep to do for long time.. you'll get a powerful muscle...

其實heib咁細個, 佢d筋咁鬆, 你親身教都得, 只要比佢keep住做, 筋就可以keep住鬆, 到4.5歲先比佢係planet學都未遲

in fact the main point I let her to join because want her to have social skill... not only stay at home to learn.. learn in a group is much better than individual!

maybe i am not a mother, i don't agree a 3.5 years old child need social skill, there have been enough training for her since she went to school everyday...

yes... I had same feeling with you a few years ago....
- no need to find a very good kinder for child, just common & normal should be fine (the main concern should be closed to home - I mean location)
- no need to arrange a few activities for child, she can learn at home

But now... heard & saw a lot ... I want to give her the best (at least I can afford). That's not for competitions, cos I understand that she is boring at home beside the school time everyday, & what I can do.. only could let her to join some classes to have fun!

一個小朋友係屋企會悶,同埋真係冇咁識同人分享/溝通,所以安排d課外活動比佢,可以係課餘都可以keep住學習同人分享/溝通.

我個sales話planet都accept3歲幾既小朋友做yoga喎.我個女去完pure之後,似乎唔太liki,因佢唔係好聽得明d英文.

我以前養狗一直都以為比多d玩具,多幾件衫仔佢會好開心, 但我而家先知道, 呢d只係我"以為"佢會開心, 佢真係開心係同我一齊, 只係簡單的陪係佢身邊佢已經好開心

我老公之前好忙, 晚晚都係得我一個, 可以一齊食飯就一定要坐得好食得好, 但而家兩口子係屋企煮個面兩份食仲開心d
