1) You suggested me to ask my helper to write me a request letter for booking ticket on Sept 22nd. What should be included in the letter? Is there any sample for my reference?

2) You remind me to send a letter to Immigration regarding the contract expiry and helper left my house on the same date... Have you got any sample for my reference?

你個咩Agent黎架??!!一知半解唔識野又要扮代表!嚇親你就唔好啦，你唔駛擔心，其實佢地咁做唔會影響到佢個新visa亦唔會出左境返唔到來，因為工人根本未完約要14/9先完，點解唔可以同僱主上大陸呢?如果工人巳完約，沒有工作簽証只有旅遊簽証就真係唔可以出境喇!

Nothing in particular. Just state in the letter that you had warned her and she fully understand the consequences and will not do it again. Get her to sign and keep the original copy yourself.
You won't get into troble as long as you are not the one who introduce or employ her to work part time other then your household duties stated within the employment contract.

1) No sample for that. Just simply ask her to handwritten a letter about her request thats all. E.g. "I hereby request to my employer, ____，to book my ticket from Hong Kong to (destination) on (date). I do understand the air ticket once issued, the date is not changable."

2) It a sample letter just state the name and HKID of your maid, reason of termination of contract and the date she left you house. Thats all.

請問自己同工人續約問題:

1. 工人1月約滿, 要預幾多時間辦手續?
2. 續約程序係點,
3. 合約喺邊度有得攞返嚟填?
4. 費用幾多?
5. 重要唔要比入息同地址證明?
6. 如果工人放假冇依時返港, 咁炒佢係咪唔駛補錢?
7. 雇員再培訓費係咪可以帶落去比新工人?

Dear Mrs Rose

I booked Cebu Pacific flight tickets for my maid to go back to Philippines for holiday. She returned and passed me 2 receipts hoping that I could pay back the money to her. She could not explain what it was:

on one of the receipts, it was written "Republic of the Philippines Manila International Airport Authority, Metro Manila - domestic passenger terminal fee". Vatable sales - P165.18, VAT exempt - P15, VAT P19.82 - so altogether is P200. My maid just said that she paid and got this receipt at the Manila airport. She was supposed to take a domestic flight from Manila to Tacloban.
On the other receipt, it was written "Republic of the Philippines Department of Transportation and Communications - Air Transportation Office, Domestic passenger terminal fee". It is P30. She paid this at the Manila airport again. She was supposed to take an international flight to Hong Kong.

I thought that the tickets I bought from travel agent should have already included all the taxes and I wonder why she needed to pay. Besides, there is no date stamped on the receipts.

Anyway, I have paid her and I used the exchange rate of HK$1 = P5.8 (i.e. what she told me). I just wonder whether she lied to me or not.

Yes, you maid is right. Unlike Hong Kong or other International Airport, there is Airport Terminal Fee to be paid in Philippines for both Domestic and International flight.

法例無分旺淡季，原則上平貴都由你俾。但你可以用呢個理由，唔俾佢旺季走只可平日淡季走，咁佢或會願意補返差額俾你既。

本人同印傭係2006年7月完咗第三份(即第六年)個工人話想做多1年就返印尼，我見合作咗咁耐就算要比同2年一樣agent fee都幫佢續約，但我叫佢幫我做到今年9月先走，佢話無問題。
但係上星期日幫我做續約間agent打電話問我工人有冇放假返印尼，我都覺得奇怪，我問有咩事，佢話check下我工人有冇返印尼啫?我費事解釋今多就話返左就算(因為佢已經返咗大陸一次取到第二年簽證)，我工人返哩我都有同佢講件事，但過左兩日個工人同我講話agent打離話我一定要比返上一張佢完約的機票錢佢重要去公司攞返張form雙方簽收後要比返agent做record，我同個工人傾左一陣，話我都末聽個要比機票錢(及之前我都有同個agent 講佢做1年有冇得平啲agent fee 佢都無提過機票錢件事)，工人講講下話自己都唔夠錢用啲說話，今我叫佢放假去攞左張form返哩先算，點知早兩日我全家去咗澳門玩(星期三同星期四)，我一返離佢已經攞左張form比我，真係做野都無咁快手。

問題如下:
1.
我睇完你解答啲問題知道其實機票係法例上係佢返印尼先要俾旅費，唔返就唔洗俾既。我想打去agent 同佢講，但想想下，乜啲agent會幫個工人跟乜哩啲嘢(我懷疑個工人同 agent 夾定)因為個agent係個工人之前係報紙到搵，係第一次幫襯佢，你話會唔會???
2.
本來我費事攪咁多想比咗機票錢算，不過條氣唔係好順，如果一早講明我都會考慮，現在好似明掘，你可唔可以比啲意見我，我點做會好啲。
3.
佢之前提出話唔要長期服務金，我信佢所以先同佢續約，宜家佢咁，我驚個工人到時翻口要我比長期服務金，其實如果佢係合約期內佢自己話唔做，係唔係唔洗比長期服務金??(香港員工都係咁)
問題煩覆，懇請幫忙解答，謝謝!!!!!!

工人1月20日約滿, 理論上佢做埋12月尾可以走得, 佢問可唔可以提早1個星期放佢走, 因為佢想返鄉下過聖誕節.

問題:

1. 咁係咪可以同佢提早完約?

2. 最後果次糧係咪出到1月13日?

3. 完約之後係咪大家對雙方都冇責任, 包括保險都唔再包?

4. 約滿返歸係咪比單程機票就可以?

ANS:{法例係要僱主俾，我覺得你唔會折現，係你應該一早同佢講明，又唔駛講到被屈咁嚴重!我既意見係你咁氣頂，幫你出氣，同佢講因上述原因機票錢你係唔會俾既，要就買機票俾佢，等佢好現金夢成空!}
