not that bad wor...3oz in the morning..it's still important so long as you can store up with night pump (total 8oz already for a meal la, right)

同埋係唔係一定要飲formula．我個仔開始大，佢亦冇飲開既習慣，所以我唸就算唔再ｂｆ．　都未必會即意俾佢飲。
佢ｅ＋多數飲６－７ｏz 一日，視符我有幾多雪奶。
到真係唔夠先食冰奶 ...

oh....I know what are you talking about now. But I think 雪奶 can only keep 72hrs in the fridge, not 7 days so, don't have so much stock for 雪奶.
