i called the agent, she told me that the bun bun started the training fm mid-aug and it need to take a month training and only after the visa is issued, she can take the exam. It is for 3 days, is that true?
she also asked me to get ready $2400外傭稅 and she will help me to submit to immigration, is that true also?

請問舊工人在菲律賓想回來做要注意什麼:
1. 是否都要經由香港agenct申請回來嗎?
2. 收費是指定工人費用?
3. 而我需要注意什麼?
4. 當地agenct會否再次同我interview跟進嗎,因為我擔心工人有否變質(意思是人品etc.....)?

Letter of termination - In fact, I dont' want to be too harsh to her, is it necessary to state the reason of termination in this letter?
Release letter - OK?
Final payment - Please check my calculation is correct or not.
2. She has no bank account, can I pay her in cash? Any risk here?
3. Can my husband be my witness in this case?
4. Can I check her baggage before she leave?
5. What should I do if she don't want leave?
6. As the date of termination is on Saturday, when should I fax the letter to Immigration department?
Finally, it would be great if you can give me some advise on the step on my plan.

Can I put the copy inside an envelope, seal it and ask her to pass it to the consulate staff?
Will the staff return the copy to her later? If so, can I write a note to the staff and request them to put the copy inside an envelope and return it to my maid?

ANS:{Started working date may not be the expiry date, you need to check from her passport working visa expiry date, if 9/9/2005 really visa starting date then expiry will be on 9/9/2007 that mean her last working will be on 9/9/2007. If she agreed, anytime from now you can let her go or just finished on 9/9/2007.}
