Yes, the milk is very creamy but I reckon that's the only recipe we've got in HKG? I am talking about fresh milk not milk powder. Been told milk powder has high content of sugar and kind of 'hot air'.... Let me try to have a look any Hig Calcium Skimmed today!!

As for the baby, you don't need to worried too much, my tummy is very small too and my mum told me the bub usually pop out dramaticaly like in 6mths. This is my first time pregnancy, I keep reminding myself have to take it easy but cannot!!!!! aiyaaaaa

其實我都買左個聽診器, 不過都唔知阿b究竟用咩姿勢訓係我個肚度, 結果聽唔到, 老公都有聽我個肚, 不過佢話只係聽到bb游水的聲, 其他都聽唔到, 激死....

第一次個message post 的時間有錯誤, 冇左, 第二次, 自己打完未post就hang機...

I am 18 wks + now. And still cant feel my baby moving inside my tummy

i feel unhappy too.
but this morning i found 2 lbs increase again la...So I think baby is OK inside me gwa

i never drink those milk too cos i really hate them
I drink the 鈣司寶 only....( not daily ar )
many mama also cant drink Milk here

I used to drink "high cal low fat milk" but after microwave, the milk is too creamy for me and then now I buy high cal skimmed milk from 7-11 and the milk just like water even after mircowave, I think that is better for me. But my colleague told me to drink high calcium soya milk (she is a nurse, midwife and dietitian) if cannot drink milk....

我20w之前都係咩都feel唔到,真係等到21w先好d,依家就快22w先再實在d咋.

仲有,唔好煲或丁熱d奶,會無晒營養,試下坐熱佢飲.我飲唔到奶,要拍丸.aiiiiiiiiiiii

我已經20weeks la, 所以聽大家講下星期一去pwh照結構, 應該幾準確. 我只希望阿b一齊正常就ok. 我都唔會打算照4D, 到出世時先見去會開心D

我平時朝早會飲高X低脂鮮奶, 到下午4 / 5 點先可能再飲一CUP麥皮, 我估久掛

YESTERDAY 10點就SLEEP, 今早都唔願起身

Now I feel much better lots of mama doesnt like milk, I never likes it anyway but my mum claims I have to or my BB will nto strong enough!!!!

I willlikely give birth in St Paul's cos my current Doc is only associted with Sanitorium and St Paul's.

我都差不多18w, 但我都係feel唔到亞b郁, 同個肚都唔係好大.

妊娠血壓高易致心臟病

荷蘭研究人員發現，在 491 名參與研究的婦女中，懷孕期間曾患妊娠血壓高的婦女，日後出現冠狀動脈硬化及患上心臟病的風險，較從未患妊娠血壓高的婦女高出 60% 。負責研究學者指出，約有 5% 孕婦會出現妊娠血壓高，成因與年齡、吸煙、肥胖、糖尿病和高血脂等有關，除會影響母體健康，也可阻礙胎兒發育及增加早產風險，甚至引致胎兒死亡。

same as others, i also can't drink milk and even serious that I can't have any dairy product no matter milk, butter or cheese. So i am now having 鈣司寶(calci-plus) and soya bean milk for the supplement.

Recently I also felt my baby move inside my tummy, sometimes will be just a bit of 彈一下, near 肚臍對落1-2吋有時左有時右. 不過唔係好大move 個隻. 只係係肚皮咁彈一兩下. maybe有時彈佐你可能會誤會係腸郁架..

我地幾時開個topic 統計下目前仔女分佈呀?
