Dear all,

I'm so sorry for what you've come across. But....I just want to say.....I have similar experience as you gals did.

You know what, few days ago, the SA told me excitedly that all my "requests" have been arrived, including the metaliic black reissue 227, metallic black reissue wallet and black baby cabas and she would send them to me soon. But, what I've been waiting for was only the metallic black reissue 227. I've never asked for the other two. So, I kindly told her that I only wanted the 227 and I've never pre-ordered the other two items. And she said she only thought that I wanted them, but she would only send me the 227 since I didn't want it.

And today my reissue 227 has arrived and came with few receipts. Indeed she debited my cc for 227, wallet and black cabas and then credited them back knowing my wish. I just don't know what had happened to her.

So, gals, you're not alone.....but what happened???

That is exactly my story..she seems to force me to have the reissue wallet and debit my cc without asking..i guess what she said to you about: "I thought you want to have it too" is just an excuse to cover her mistake...possibly she need someone to have that wallet so that it can cover her loss or sth?? im not sure..but sth really went wrong!

Perhaps you're right! Just don't know why she kept forcing us here to get that wallet and even the black baby cabas. But....now what fatping1 wants (the black baby cabas) was not here.....

When i first delt with the SA, she is not pushy nor so careless in handling my request and order... may be these days she got to sell more handbags to meet quota (if there is any quota in Chanel)...

Congrats!!! How do u like the metallic black 227? U seem not really excited about it wor??

in fact it is a very pretty bag ar... hope the SA didn't piss u off by charging u more bags surprisingly...

U know, even until now, my cc amount is still $20 over than the actual price of the items I purchased... i will definitely call the SA to get compensation!!!

Indeed I like the bag very much, especially the the vintage like H/W and the subtle metallic sheen, and of course it's because it's a BIG reissue, good enough as a daily bag tim.

However, I was too pre-occupied by my daughter's +/- son's "future". I was quite irritable these days, easily lost temper. I think I should control myself a bit la.

Ar...yes, the earrings are pretty too. I'm sure you will like them. Hope you can exchange with Winniemama very soon.

I'm not too mad at the SA gei, only felt shocked for what she has done. As what you said, she wasn't that pushy previously. There must be some other reasons for the "mistakes" that she has made. I don't know if there're any quota systems in her department, I only aware that the other colleague of her department was all along very active in the other forum ma. Don't know whether it's a pressure to her lei???

I can understand how u feel about your son & daughter's education... when i was waiting for the results from SPN, i was so nervous, worry and lost temper to my DH... and when my daughter cried and didn't want to go to school last week, i was so worry as well... so i guess my mood will easily affect by my daughter more than if i can find the handbag or not... hee!

please don't put too much pressure to yourself, tomorrow the rainbow will come out.... u know, this morning my girl is willing to change uniform to school and no more battle with her... i am so glad of her improvement! :loveliness:

my package should be arriving to hk on Sat..but Caxxxx said Fedex wont deliver on Sat, so should be delivering on Monday. mine one is Metallic Black reissue 226.

OMG!!!!!!! We are all talking about the same SA!!! I wonder what made her did that. I am very worrying about the credit me back part as last time she said she wasn't going to charge me for any shipping fee because of the almost 1 month delay, but finally she didn't credit the shipping fee back. I didn't bother to chase since it wasn't much and that will kill too many cells of mine, making me look older faster, which isn't worth it. But this time we are talking about money for a reissue 226. I don't want to waste my time, energy and money for someone else' mistake. :-| I have sent her another e-mail about not receiving credit back yet today. Will see if I get any feedback soon. Hope everything will turn out ok for all of us.

Don't get too stressed out. The kids can sense that and would make them feel nervous and stressed too ga. Like Fatping1 said, rainbow will come out again!

I actually did pre-order the Dark silver baby cabas and blk baby cabas with another female SA before... but I guess since I wasn't a frequent buyer there, she didn't bother to call me la

luckily, I got my blk baby cabas earlier from the my other SA already la.

U know, i have onced asked the SA to waive shipping fee for me just for the sake of asking, she said her company policy cannot waive shipping fee wor, so i didn't ask anymore lu...

What carxxx doing ar? After seeing your message and now I really afraid what she will do with my credit card. I did ask her to order black exp flap for me early july, however, after 1.5 mths waiting, i decide to give up and email her to cancel my order. However, so far not yet received her confirmation. Hope she won't do what I don't want la.

Do u still want to buy black ex. flap ar?? May be try different store or boutique la, should be able to locate one before price increase wor...

I feel like i MUST buy 1 more bag before price increase... don't know buy which one...

My SA told me there is a jumbo flap with vintage lambskin + MM lock + classic chain in black or brown available... should i get it?? It is not bijou chain though...
