Steam fish, grilled fish, boil vegetables, mixed vegetables + mushroom + tofu + fish balls soup, barbecue pork, chicken no skin, steam crab, shrimp etc... all kinds of steam food la....
90% of the time I eat steam fish.... but now, i ate more kinds of food as my MSL program had completed... i will re-start to lose weight after Easter holidays... hee :mrgreen: :-P
