個5個係 vowels 字母, vowels 係有20個的, 係香港人一般最大的誤解, 靠個5個vowels字母就係最錯的了, 我未有能力解釋得好清楚你知, 全香港亦無幾多個老師有呢個老師咁清楚, 你去www.ipa.edu.hk 睇下啦, 好多學校都特別請佢黎教的

the most effective way to brush up ur engish is practise more.
that's all.

lf u got lots foreigner friends, that's super easy for u to communicate Eng with anyone.

practise make prefect. no other way.

sometimes i think, practising yoga is depending on urself even the instructor sucks.. we can practise at home alone but we like the atmosphere & feeling in yoga centre. we like to learn from one another.

同table食飯,各自修行.

so, i will give another chance to Myoga. will have hot yoga on Thur. if i can bargain a better price, i may join........for 3-4 mths only
