幫助解僱僱傭問題

7月24日請左個印傭,現在她表現非常差,想即時解僱,但我唔想再去請佢個間僱傭中心幫手,因她們操手太有問題,所以想自己解決。
現在想即時解僱個工人,唔想一個月通知,我應該點做,是否要寫信比入境處,請好心人幫忙,謝謝!

2個月時間係所有手續已包括印尼出境，無論點最快最快都要個半月，無可能再短，除非唔返印尼去Macau。

If 9/9 is the 7th day from her last off day, you need to pay her for that day.

Example, her last off day is on 2/9. Counting from 3/9 to 8/9 is six working day, then 9/9 should be her off day.

If she already had her off day is between 3/9 to 8/9, then no need to pay her for the 9/9.

唔想俾一個通知，就只好俾通知金，並沒有其它方法。工人走後7日內要出信通知入境處，工人已走。

tks for your advise again, i called the agent and pushed them again. They still told me only after the visa is issued, the bun bun can take the exam. i asked them to get the bun bun ready incase the visa is issued. they still told me it needs to take 10-14 days to process until the bun bun can come to hk, is that true?

印印在10月19日做滿2年，我而家發覺她經常想博炒，請問如果在約滿前又不足夠一個月時間，炒她的話時是否都要比夠一個月通知金? 謝謝:lol:

Hi mrsrose,
有事請教!
想問我本身有2個印印,A & B,(B is the new one), 忍咗B 3個月,炒左,so the levy餘$1,200. agent話可以帶去next maid, so I choose the other maid(C), 在臨上机來HK前2 days, agent 話佢個health report有問題,話個肝有事,問我要不要?咁哽唔要啦,但係在此通知前,已pay咗other levy$1,200 to Gov't,到依家我會再請maid(D), 我問agent,佢話B's levy 已不可帶落maid(D)度,所以又要我俾多$1,200,係咪真ar???
I also ask the other agent co, but she said B+C levy $2,400 can be used as D's levy, 唉!!!都唔知信邊個??
Mrsrose, 可否解答我這疑問呵!!!!

I have an Indonesian maid.
I find out she has got many Category IV (pornographic) movie chips in her mobile. Also pregnant test paper in her handbag. What can I do? I hire her to take care of my baby. If she is not clean, how can I keep her here any longer?

我在續約時和工人協定毎年准許她放一次年假回鄉,她今年是第三年,她是否擁有8天年假呢?而下年有9天對嗎?她在合約中回鄉,我需要寫放假信給入境處嗎?唔好意思太多問題麻煩妳,謝謝解答。

Yes, Philippines Agent still need to process the 'EXIT' documents after visa released, if they can deploy the maid within 14 days is acceptable.

23/09 後已可提早完約(Finished contract with early released)，不過要雙方同意，你今日試下同佢講23/9俾佢完約早走好唔好，佢OK就無問題23/9走，唔同意就即俾一個月通知做到10/10完約走。約滿前又不足夠一個月時間，炒她的話時只要俾到19/10即可。

No problem, B+C levy $2,400 can be transfer to D's levy。
