Totally agreed. Mine is facing Tsing Yi and the view is excellent, but you need to get use to the inconvenience of marketing (you need to take mini-bus to go Lai King or Kwai Fong even what you need is just an egg!). Actually it is a nice place to live and have plenty of space for your kids..

Nice to meet you here. I read many of your messages in "小學雜談". My son also need to apply P1 this year. Why you need to move ? Anyway, I think you may go "美聯"in " 葵涌廣場" as I saw many flats for sales there and you can have a visit on them and see whether you like it or not.
