現在發覺有些人真係很自私...最慘係無佢辨法..不過, 如果我頂唔順而佢再無改善會報警

個看更叫佢關玻璃窗, 我都已關了, 都聽得很清楚...佢仲要同看更講佢部琴唔係電子琴, 唔可以細聲, 甘即係唔諗住細聲啦...

鋼琴有沒有方法調大小聲呢

原來在家發出任何噪音都得KA...激C

你個CASE, 如果業主收番層樓, 照計一個月就得, 除非佢仲係死約..

Actually the sound / noise will be reduced if the floor above is carpeted.

There is a soft pedal (middle pedal) which will also soften the sound, but usually not in use cos it makes the piano sound vvv different.

Do you know who the landlord is ?
Try to write to him to explain (1st time not complain), and invite the landlord to come to your flat to listen.

我知呀, 其實就係我個前業主, 即賣層樓比我果個, 佢有2層的...我心想, 佢都係租比佢, 簽了約就唔理KA 啦...同佢講都無用..大家現在係死約, 個業主都唔可以趕佢走啦...

Try try la.

If it is the floor above you, no use in closing your / his windows. Carpet will absorb the sound and you will only hear a muffled sound, much better.

Other than Lego, Jun's favourite is Star War. Those mini figures are so expensive, we bought some last weekend.
How come all the star war stuffs cost that much?!
To my surprise, I found a Star war Clone war magazine yesterday at Admiralty, a monthly magazine with toys $45. It is the 4th issues, trying to find the previous 3 issues.

Not even available from the mag shop in WW House 2/F.

Bought the Ferrari mobile phoen in Mkk tonight, the ringtone = Ferrari engine, and the headlights flash too (changes colour, blue green red yellow).
The sound is quite clear, and we treat it as a toy. Very plastic, 2 diff car covers, 1 = convertible (open top) the other the normal car. Ours is red.

We got off at Han Hau MTR and took a taxi afterwards. Taxi fee around $3X.
