未呀,要到九月一日先開學呀~~~你仔仔都係吧??

我今天好開心呀,仔仔上圍棋班,出課室時,老師同我講,話佢好叻呀,不過唔係話佢捉得叻,係話佢叻在輸了冇發脾氣呀﹗

佢同三個唔同ge人玩,一個和他咁上下年紀ge男仔,一個六歲升小一ge男仔,另一個好似係六年級定升中一的女孩,就咁,佢win左兩個男仔,輸左俾個姐姐。
佢出黎好開心咁話,佢win左兩舖,輸左一舖...

不過,佢係屋企同我玩,未輸已經發脾氣,皆因我食了佢d棋,跟住就會出矛招,好多時明明睇白應該係佢win,佢都因我食佢d棋受不了想哭出來,眼都紅了,跟住就係度罵我....。非常討厭。

我姐剛由日本旅遊回來...........她一下機就打電話給我, 她說她很 佢有一位團友........

她說那位團友去到那兒都會late 回來, 由10 to 40分鍾不等, 成團人日日都等佢, 到有人忍無可忍同佢講........佢意然話[size=x-small]:[無辦法, 我個仔是資優, 佢要看東西不願咁快走, 所以咪會遲囉!!!]

咁都得, 唔怪之d資優生成日比人白眼............原來有d咁ge阿媽................

我又聽聞一個舊同事話另一個舊同事ge仔懷疑係資優....

呵呵呵,而加大部分小朋友都可能係資優都唔定,搞到而加d家長又驚又喜又難頂也。 :mrgreen:

我話不如帶佢(我阿仔) 到你屋企同你個仔訓丫,我話你個仔7歲,係男仔黎,會跟他玩架。咁,佢話我一定要當晚接返佢喎。我話唔接,留佢係你度訓,咁佢話佢會除左食早餐午餐,晚餐外,其餘時間都會留返係房度訓,唔會出你個廳度喎。

我開始愈黎愈驚.....阿仔愈黎愈得人驚.....

我好驚阿仔有事...

佢上星期日返主日學,老師話佢好high,失控了。

今天,佢又給另一個男孩瞭一瞭,又好興奮。老師同我老公講,佢因為太興奮,走黎走去,被另一個在場家長喝止,佢當場哭得很淒涼,師母都要走去安慰佢,後來,阿仔同爸爸一起,又遇著師母,師母想抱起佢,當捉住阿仔腋下時,阿仔抓著師母兩隻耳仔,仲要抆佢d頭髮,老公即場制止......

好可怕呀﹗.....另一個家長走黎想摸摸佢,佢差點要刮人一巴掌,好在那個aunt縮得快。我好生氣呀...我同老公講,我諗我地要在佢背部及前面貼上﹕[size=large]生人勿近日~~

咁,佢琴日去屯門市中心,阿爸買鞋時,佢無所事事,在鞋舖搞搞震,又踩老闆隻鞋,又.....佢一走近個老闆,個老闆即刻用手擋住自己個頭,嚇到個老闆cc下,話俾佢嚇c....又問我佢係唔係獨子。咁我話佢bb已經係咁,所以我避他的襲擊係好敏捷的..哈哈﹗.....唉 :lol:

主日學老師話,佢之前在教會上堂時,都係好孤獨,只是橋埋手睇人地,唔參與,但最近幾堂好活躍,好主動............哈哈,佢遲早俾人趕走....

佢真係好可惡...好可惡,一有爸爸係度就更串,目無尊長,目無法紀,講野無大無細,不,係有大有細,我地係細,佢係大。所有野都係佢話事,......佢講野真係好挑釁,勞作班話佢講野好叻....我諗係指駁咀...

這個月,我忍不住打了他兩三記耳光。我好煩......點算?

他那麼厲害, 真的替你辛苦!!!!!!!!!!! :-(

首先, 近來有沒有給他食一些不應食的東西, 我亞仔一食"o架啡"就必定會失控, 就算是麵包都唔得........ 仲有是人做食素, 他連蝦米腸都唔得, 會high成日..........我想是他對食物太敏感的緣故.......你看一看你亞仔會否對一些食物也會過敏............

其次, 你亞仔應該也是資優, 當他覺得無聊時會做出一些不可理喻的事.........他想到很funny的做法, 他就會立即去做. 這是我們這些資優父母頭痛的地方, 我們已經很用心教........看過很多書籍, 連醫生都去o弟埋, 看過是否過動, 是否感覺統合問題, 是否eq control 有問題...............另外, 打又打得比人多, 說教也說到口軟...................但是還是給人家說我們沒有家教 :cry:

唉! 打又唔打得咁多, 亦不是一個長遠的方法, 慢慢說教的話他們又當你傻......

另外, 我覺得到評估中心評估, 只是可給我們參考.......最後要教的還是自己來............

這幾天有俾佢食少少dryer雪糕(奶油曲奇果隻)連雪糕杯,但佢上星期上圍棋堂時果次又無搗亂檔。仲有,早前我見佢身體都無乜問題,就俾佢食埋d美x臣的 a +奶粉,終於食哂,這幾天都無飲過啦,況且早陣子佢都係咁..一時一樣。

不過,佢身體好左,我係放鬆左d食物,無咁枯燥死板。佢又有食粟米片,係純無糖果隻....
嘩,唔知乜野食物打乜野食物,只係盡量唔俾佢食糖和朱古力。唉,除非全部純天然....無啖好食也。唔通連小朋友都唔俾佢接觸咩.....

老公提議主日學老師俾佢跳班,即係小一至小二,因為學前級的小朋友係二至五歲,比較混亂,阿仔容易發作。只要熟左就會發作...但大一d的哥姊們老公話睇到佢地比較冷靜,咁咪無咁刺激佢。咁老師話咁會讓他無了童真。咁又係,不過,我都係睇情況,如果佢繼續係咁失控,都要試下架喇。

我而加俾佢食差唔多每日一粒omega 3魚油丸(有時唔記得左無食),如果佢嚴重d,可能要俾多粒。上次好似係千禧bb話,監獄有俾監犯特別係有暴力傾向的囚犯吃魚油丸,的確令佢地冷靜好多。希望有效.....

另外,我妹妹話佢有學生係用一把軟毛刷去刷手,以此冷靜情緒。一興奮或發脾氣就刷下佢隻手,就會令佢冷靜d,但聽講好似係要cp代購那刷。我等緊妹妹代我問問可在哪兒買到.......放一把在佢書包,等老師用....

HSPs and Food Intolerance

This article is intended for those who have read, and identified with, Elaine Aron's book 'The Highly Sensitive Person: How to thrive when the world overwhelms you'. [Page numbers refer to the 1999 Thorsons paperback edition.]

HSPs have a sensitive nervous system. Elaine Aron tells us that this is a normal, a "basically neutral trait" but one that we do have to learn to live with. Elaine states that "All humans vary greatly in their nutritional needs and the foods they need to avoid, and HSPs seem to vary even more so." (p180) Listening to the stories of other HSPs coupled with my own research and experience I agree with Elaine very strongly.

"Do learn about the foods that tend to calm the body," advices Elaine (p57). We also need to learn about the foods, and food chemicals, that agitate the body. HSPs do not need added, and avoidable, stimulation.

The purpose of this article is to outline some of the ways in which food intolerance can lead to serious problems for some HSPs.

1. Everyone has a unique biochemical makeup and hence has different dietary needs.
2. There is no such thing as a single healthy diet that will work for all.
3. Food and the chemicals within it (man made and natural) effect not just the body but also the mind and hence influence behaviour, feelings and emotions.
4. HSPs are often diagnosed as having conditions such as depression, autism, attention deficit disorder, various other psychological disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, tinnitus, and/or as been overly sensitive to pain.
5. All the conditions listed above have been found to be caused, or made worse, by food intolerance for some individuals.
6. Further, food intolerance can lead to problems such as increased sensitivity to noise, light, touch and sound; to a tendency for clumsiness, forgetfulness, dyslexia, sleep problems, anxiety, mood swings, irritability and a need to withdraw from the world.
7. Many HSPs experience these symptoms.
8. Food intolerance does not cause an individual to be a HSP but food intolerance can seriously exacerbate many HSP traits to the point of making some of them virtually intolerable.

Any food can cause any problem but there are food chemicals that are known to effect the central nervous system and it is these, I suggest, that are most likely to cause problems for HSPs. Elaine says that most of us HSPs have a nervous system that makes us "more affected by stimulants like caffeine unless we are used to them." I would hazard to say that being used to these chemicals is part of the problem.

The main food chemicals that effect the nervous system are:

* Food additives in particular artificial colours have been linked with attention deficit disorder.
* Caffeine stimulates and then depresses the nervous system.
* Monosodium Glutamate (MSG also known as E 621) has had profound effects on some peoples neurological systems.
* Artificial sweetener, aspartame, has been implicated in a host of conditions including migraine and behaviour changes.
* Salicylates which occur naturally in plants and in man made product such as aspirin effects the nervous system and have frequently been linked with tinnitus.

There was a time when I thought I was going crazy. One day I would be fine and the next I simply could not cope with any noise or bright light and the thought of leaving the home to go to work and having to relate to people would simply be too much. Life was, for no reason, I could discern, simply too overwhelming. I also seemed to be permanently veering from one virus to another. Eventually my health collapsed and I developed what can only be described as CFS. It was a long road to recovery and understanding but what I know now is that my mental and physical health was being seriously impaired by a salicylate sensitivity.

I suspect that modern day processed food is a disaster for the sensitive nervous systems of HSPs. The cocktail of added colours, preservatives, antioxidants and flavourings are all just something else that your body has to deal with. But surely they're safe? Maybe is the answer but then only if your body can tolerate them - remember our systems were never designed to deal with these chemicals.

The safest and easiest way to establish of you have a problem with these man made chemicals is to simply remove them all from your diet. This usually means avoiding all processed food but after just two weeks you should notice an improvement if they have been causing you a problem.

If you feel you can't avoid them all then avoid MSG, aspartame, added colourings and the antioxidants BHA and BHT as these are often the chief culprit.

If you already eat an additive free diet and consider your diet to be healthy because of all the fruit and vegetables you eat then consider two weeks on a low salicylate diet and see if that helps reduce your problems. I must stress that a salicylate sensitivity is usually a very hidden problem and, because salicylate is present in so many foods, it is not easy to identify. For example, an 'addiction' to tea can be misread as a caffeine problem when it could indicate a salicylate problem (we often crave, feel like we can't live without, the very foods that cause us harm).

Identifying any food intolerance problems can make your life as a HSP much easier but the only way of proving this is to try it for yourself. Some of the benefits can include better sleep, fewer health problems, no mood swings, feeling calmer and more peaceful, less nervousness and anxiety, feeling more able to cope with the world.

You will remain a HSP but some of the traits will become less pronounced and life will be more comfortable. The calmness I now experience when my diet is on course (i.e. additive free, low salicylate and no wheat) is not something I ever experienced before. I am tinnitus free, have more energy, fewer aches and pains and am far less stressed - over arousal still takes place but it is not as extreme or as debilitating.

HSPs should also be aware that chemicals in household products, perfumes, toiletries and cosmetics can also be exacerbating influences.

剛睇完篇文章,hsp生存係現今人工加工倡盛....天然食物又污染或基因改造......ge世界上,真的好艱難好辛苦。

hsp好快就絕種架喇。.... :-( :-(

我們平時在家中是很少吃肉類的, 只有外出時才會吃.............不是純因為宗教的原因............牛, 豬, 魚, 雞.........多都有吃過激素, 加速生長.........還用雌激素令母牛常認為已有了bb, 不斷生產牛乳.........試問人飲了這些牛乳及吃了這些肉類, 怎會沒有問題呢? 我想現在那麼多人生cancer就是這些"慢性毒藥" 的結果..............

而蔬菜的話, 我多是吃orginic 的..............但也不會太執著, 有就買來吃, 無就買一般的菜, 最多洗多幾次和"飛一飛水"先再煮.........

而人做色素更是大忌, 奶茶之類的物品也不能, 太甜的食物也不是好.............總之做左人地亞媽之後, 就好煩啦, 唔到你唔信, 百試百靈.........

在學校食飯, 是一個月訂飯一個月我送, 因我真的支持不住, 所以才有這個安排.........如果比佢完全在學校食, 不出兩個月, 就會見到一個"烏雲蓋頂"孩子, 而且有點兒失控, 常收到老師的compliant....
