anniebetty/all+, so which brand u are using? i bought the obus formes pillow which claim to be memory pillow and should last for quite a some time (per the sales) but after one year. i felt uncomfortable and got the stiff neck easily....
so am i picky???? or just pick the wrong pillow?
all+, my big foot now almost down to the normal size, still a bit swollen around the tendon area. i started playing badminton on wed night with my ankle guard on.... need to keep it moving or the tendon might be tighten and shorten during the healing period.
