I have send mail to Dr Liu there 7 days ago. I write my history of treatments in details and they reply me 4 days later confirm my appointment. Then one day later, the clinic send me mail again to remind me to bring all documents and reports for Dr Liu study.
When I brought all my reports to him, actually he did not see it all at. Start from the beginning, he said over 40 woman, the success rate of IVF is less than 5%, and he ask me to consider Egg donation in USA. See, haven't look at my report he can said my egg is very very very poor start from the beginning. And he even said my FSH, LH an E2 is very worse, when I reply him my doctor said within the normal range, he then find he make a mistake as the HK test unit is different from Taiwan test unit. Although he found he made a mistake on understanding my hormones test report (the report is only one month ago), he still say my egg quality is worse, he said if I resist to use IVF, he can start. When I ask him is IVF a good choice, he said egg donation is most suitable to me. He even till me my egg are most possibly empty though I can see I have egg during IUI. Then I ask him did ultra sound can see empty egg, then he said only egg being extract out of body, then he can see if my empty or not, but he said due to my age, my egg must be empty. You can see how he consider age but not studying of my body condition. So those JM has high age (35+), think over it before you go there.
See I don't know why I can have good body siutation to do my IUI in HK Sanatorium hospital (my doctor is a very famous doctor and get very good comment in HK, he would help me to do IUI only on condition that my hormones is OK, and egg sizes is big enough. Two months ago, my egg size is not big enough that my Dr in Sanatorium Hsp did not help me to do IUI.), but when I go Dr Liu there, my case is the worst (just 14 days later from my IUI day).
See I don't have big confidence on Dr Liu, he only interest on those who is 20+ to before 35 age, those 35 above, especially like me 40+, he is really not helpful and not conducting necessary checking.
This is what I feel during this disappionting trip. And my fee pay is almost double all the JM pay here in my 1 st time visit.
So I don't recommend him to you if you are over 40. He is not as good as other said.
