你地就好啦 10月份又有聚會,真係開心,我都好想Join,但應該無機會啦!我地決定20/9返hk.來了這裡都差不多兩個月,真係好鍾意這裡的生活,好平靜,好悠閒,環境好加埋有你地,真係好想留在這裡,但係好可惜我家有個雲吞哥呢,佢話暫時都唔想往.佢話過兩年再睇吓等d細路大d先wor....,

初生既BB係會成日好似食唔飽甘，而且每次會食好耐，食完又好快肚餓。
你多唔多人奶？如果多的話，試下每次BB食前擠走少少前乳，因為有時前乳太多﹙水份較多﹚，BB食完前乳，都未食後乳就已經飽左or食食下訓著左，甘就變左成日唔夠飽肚；相反，你擠走少少前乳，甘BB就會食得比較多後乳﹙比較飽肚及杰﹚，BB就會飽D，情況會改善

不過，BB係3個月前，食奶都係會食得好密，你最重要係半夜唔好懶，一定要埋身餵，甘會多奶好多ga！你如果補奶粉的話，就盡量係下午時補。
你有無買羊脂膏？我聽vv講話，你乳頭係咪損左？依家好D未？
hk有隻燁華出品既羊脂膏，BB可以食落肚的，我果時用過，效果唔錯呢！你係咪20號番黎？如果我去探你，要唔要幫你買？
另外，你唔需要俾水BB飲，如果你覺得佢嘴仔乾乾地，就用棉花濕下佢個嘴仔

如果你乳頭係損左,依家都仲未好,oz有一隻搽係乳頭的cream好好搽了之後第日就好好多,不過我唔記得個名,係boxhill midwife比我,我都有係出面買了一支。你可以去chemist到問下。仲有呀hospital送個袋野裡面有一支b字頭的藥膏好好,記得買支大的返hk用,我2個仔一有奶疹,peepee疹或patpat一紅,今晚搽,明早就好啦,最多搽3次一定好,搽完再搽d 身粉會好d,是oz個chinese midwife教的。

your baby boy is so cute. Breast feeding is a hard but lovely job for mum. u can get closer to yr baby that he feels warm and secure. I'd been breast feeding my two kids until they was 6 months old. My nipple had been cracked too and felt really hurt and hot during the breast feeding, as long as u feed him frequently, it will be fine soon.

Veron,

We've done the moving to Point Cook and I've just walked from home to Coles and back. Toke me less than 15mins. Very windy outside and I needed to press down the canopy of the stroller. Otherwise the stroller may move back, hahah.

Yes, I'm full time mom also. But still like to stick on my PC when baby is sleeping, as I was working in IT for years before. :) I'm cutting the PC time gradually and need to do more housework here. ( need to better maintain the house for landlord ) Want to get back all the bonds next time. :lol

同你分享下我少少嘅經驗;

1.餵奶餵到nipple損,好大機會係因為baby latch on 得唔好, 試下問下個midwife 改善下應該會有幫助。

2. 其實我地嘅milk己經係天然嘅nipple cream, 試下每次餵完奶用少少breast milk, rub on nipple 會reduce soreness。

3. pure lanolin cream or vaseline (pure petroleum jelly) 也可以用。
but i prefer my own milk...

最重要嘅真係試下做啱個姿勢。可以参考下尼個link:
