Mori,

According to GF's schedule, 7pm - 7am is baby's night time, so they will always go to bed at 7pm. Yes you are right, it doesn't cater for mom who works and doesn't get home till late. But I'm sure once you have the baby on the initial schedule it's fairly easy to adjust the baby to a slightly later schedule say 8pm - 8am.

But initially, at least for me, I think it's easier to follow exactly like the schedule GF provided and then adjust later law.

Gina Ford's book has schedule all the way for the 1st year. But since my baby is only up to 2 months, I have not type up all the schedules.

為咗方便自己我改咗GF嘅schedule,i.e. from 08:30-20:30. 其實好似Panpan話齋你可以tailor-made自己嘅schedule,GF果個只係一個參考因為好多鬼婆都會自己揍番bb唔洗返工所以佢地可以07:00-19:00囉!!!

你可以去PageOne睇下本書先,果本書叫'The New Contented Little Baby Book - by Gina Ford'. 係一本教媽咪同bb做sleep training,同advise feeding schedule,仲有埋theory,傳說話跟到呢個schedule嘅bb會無咁扭計,所有時間都會係媽咪嘅掌握之中!!!

我依家adjust番個schedule to 07:00 - 19:00啦,因為Jasmine食家同我瞓,我會o係返工前feed多佢一餐,同埋我多數係18:00左右返到屋企所以跟咗2日都無問題,Jasmine真係o係19:15左右瞓覺一直瞓到第二朝06:00.

Jasmine is very good can follow GF's schedule.

Don't know when Nat. can adjust like that. Last night she have formula at 9pm (I go out to have dinner last night), then I feed her around 1am............however, she wakeup around 2am andwant to play with us till 5 AM

.........so tired! Now I just feed her again at 8am....................

Last night are full of fun ah!!! They all are good----nearly excellent in cook ah, so we have dinner in CJ's home and those dishes just like which we take in restaurant.
Now they always have gathering once per month, maybe u can join us next time, what do u think?

Jasmine會係01:00 or 02:00食夜奶,跟住05:30 or 06:00食多一餐,佢通常會自己醒,如果佢唔醒我唔會叫醒佢食,所以我會起2次身,不過Jasmine會係食完01:00 or 02:00果餐即刻瞓番,但係到05:30 or 06:00果餐佢就要玩!!!

我仲未開始跟 gf 個 schedule ...因為無事間...
不過呢3日佢個 schduele 好得意....
1:00pm 飲奶...lau 到1:00am先瞓．．．．瞓到
4:30 am 先食奶..(成5.5 hrs) .... 跟住又瞓..係自己瞓, 唔水 un...>>到
8:00am 自己醒...要食.... 到10:00am 又瞓...(要 un) .....
around 11:30am 就醒定先,等食12:00am 餐奶...跟住我就 ready 同佢2:00pm沖涼.....沖完又瞓, 到 4:00pm 食奶... 就醒 la ... 一路到6:30先瞓..7:30就醒 la ..

oh ..飲完奶就1 路醒吓, 瞓吓...到1:00am 呀...陰公..

最click 手就係夜晚呀...
佢又唔係日夜倒轉 wor....why 佢夜晚餐奶咁 ka ???

我囡囡"梓瑤"係 1 月7 日來到我地的小家庭, 重3.9kg:-P

雖然佢係follow到,但係佢成日'合'眼瞓又無得瞓,好可憐咁,仲有因為咁佢個mood唔係成日都好好囉,由其係黃昏時候,佢都會扭計o架!!!
