you might need to check all the messages as sometimes, some mums' info will be removed/"overlapped" by other mums' postings. Last time, I needed to check the postings everyday to make sure the mum's message did not disappear...

Is it most mums suggested 14 Aug? If so, we could use Aug 14 as our first choice when looking for venue. You said you could only come out at weekdays night time for the venue trial, is it right? When do you think we could start seeing the various restaurants/hotels?

Maybe we could list out some basic info for each of the 4 options, e.g.:
- location (whether there is public transportation?)
- car park (whether there is nearby carpark and how much per hour?)
- cost per person
- size of the space/area
- hours available, 1-5pm or 2-5pm, etc.
- any free bonus like free cakes/ free decoration, etc.
- etc.

I think all these can be collected via phone calls. Then, we could list the brief info here and ask mums to sign in who can be available for the trials.

Can any mum help to make the enqueries via phone call? I remember hackenma helped to get a quotation already, does it include this info???

This is just my thoughts, any mums have any additional comments and advices? Please kindly advise here, thanks!!!
