So you mean you'll transfer from Seoul to Alpensia on 23 , go back from Alpensia to Seoul on 26 again and back to HK on 27 ? In my opinion , I perfer to transfer from Alpensia directly to the airport. (only 3 transfer in the whole trip)

They replied that Pay directly to the driver (No reservation needed)
But I think I will try to reserve later since I have NO other choice to go to airport. Just booked the hotels and air ticket, no more planning, too lazy!!
yes, leave from alpensia directly to airport is more convenient but it's a bit risky as we need to catch the flight in the afternoon. and we may have a little shopping in seoul so choose a more troublesome but safer way...

Yuris, the bus you mentioned needs very long travel time wor.... Jamsil to Alpensia arrive at 14:30
By my experience, it only takes around 3 to 4hrs... Seems that 呢種車程有D怪?!
另外，你地一直講嗰D shuttle係唔関酒店事、唔係佢地直接run架，Alpensia just telling you that there're will be buses run from airport to alpensia, however, time sechudule and other stuff might be changed/cancelled with any notice.... 如果冬天來到又冇乜人搭，隨時會cut. 仲有呢D係大巴多數冇得book架！

Originally, 14:30 is the bus departure from Alpensia to Seoul. The Schedule doesn't say anything about the travel time.
You're right if the bus cancelled without any notice, we'll in trouble...... but included the free bus mention by other mama, there are 3 going to Alpensia from Seoul and one from airport to Alpensia, hopefully there is at least one or two options for us.
I just worry about Aplensia to airport since I need to take afternoon flight. I also want to rental car information in Korea, anyone have such information?? Thanks.
