in fact now not really want to attend his class cos scare he will make me get hurt! he likes to 'help' you to do the stretches! last Friday, I attended his Hatha yoga (M), wa.... he helped me to stretch the '1 chi ma' - monkey pose with Namaste! then these few days feel my hamstring a bit painful!

let me introduce myself, i am a member of Pure Yoga and have been doing yoga for years (on and off)...
still my hamstrings are still tight...(it may also be related to my work, i have to stand when I work)...for wide angle forward bend, I cannot open my legs wide.... sad.

yes, if only do 1-2 times/week, that's not enought to open your legs wide. I had same feelings before, but now usually I keep to do yoga 8 times every week!
