Just called the school today. The AM class is full and there is no vacancy for PM students to transfer to Am class at the moment.

And for the 適應周 at the end of August, the afternoon class will probably start on 1:00 or 1:30 and will last for an hour. The time is very "trouble". I originallly plan for taking 5 half day leave, but as I am working in Central. . . it seems it's impossible. 5 full day annual leave. . . . :-( :-(

Similar case to me. I even work at Quarry Bay!! Originally I also want to take 5 half-day leave but now cannot la. :-(

我想問吓小朋友讀p.m. class的家長: 你們的小朋友是否"細仔/女"? 聽人講, 通常"細仔/女"會派讀 p.m. class. 可能因為人少D, 方便老師照顧吧.

I think the school has a selection criteria for transferring students from p.m. class to a.m. class but doesn't want mothers know. Few p.m. class students may transfer to a.m. class and school may notice the selected students individually by phone and mail.

我知道全日班個適應期係8月尾，朝早9:00/9:30~10:00/10:30, 大約返一個星期左右

Well, I guess even the school cannot tell you this now. Can you apply 2 weeks before for such 1 day leave?

my suggestion is to book 5 day leave on the last week of Aug, then book 1 Fri in Oct and Nov for Picnic and parents' day. Of course the day may not fit the exact day, but at least you can swap it with other colleagues.

Before having babies, I think 20 days annual is very good, but now. . . I want 40 days.
