要收緊個肚, 我唸belly dance會好d掛, 因為佢focus o係腰肚hip之上!! 但funky dance全身運動, 都唔錯!!<br />
要幾耐有效, 其實好睇你飲食方面配唔配合到wor!! 我自己就食少d零食,正餐無特別減,  keep住跳舞同y ...
