I agree with Galic, actually, "fertility problem" is the same as other illness such as cancer or flu, will you not consult a doctor if you have a fever? Even we do ivf and IUI, it does not mean we are taking control of the "making bb" process, we just try to give a better enviroment or method to help the eggs and sperms to meet, and whether they can be fertilised or even grow to be pregnant, I think no doctor can control it. Of course, as a Christian, we cannot use other people's sperms nor eggs, that is the bottom line.

We have a "Fertility Fellowship", some of our sisters in this thread are members, you can come to share your worries and concerns with all the sisters who are going through the same problem, our leader is a pastor, she has gone through "infertility" issue as well. If you want the information, can send me PM.

其實我上網睇過好多資料有關不孕, 有d女性係正常, 但係都不能懷孕, 原因係醫學上都不明, 有可能係食物丶環境令到身體改變. 我相信衣d都唔係神的旨意, 而且我相信係神的計劃當中冇話衣個可以懷孕, 衣個唔可以.我又覺得神比左智慧醫生可以幫助我地. 係聖經當中唔係只得黑同白. 好似有人挑戰耶穌基督問可唔可以做衣樣個樣, 耶穌話你可以做, 不過做左唔係一定好. 其實耶穌所講的就是 : 有d野唔係淨係黑同白, 你做個時要睇下你出發點, 同埋唔好伴倒人.

所以我覺得IUI & IVF我地係可以做, 但係當然子女係神我產業, 我地可以求, 但係比唔比係佢最终話事. 我唔知道你明唔明我想講咩, 可能我表達得好差..

好同意galic既講法, iui or ivf 都係"輔助"生育.最後得唔得都係掌握係神既手中. 我都同傳導人傾過, 如果做ivf or iui 成功的,其實都係神一早安排比左地的.

hello BK sisters here,

i read the messages here talking about IVF and our belief...i had the same question on my mind and asked some other Christians for advice. what they said was similar to other BK sisters here. IVF and IUI are treatment, which is just helping people to get pregnant but even doctors cannot control it 100%. so it's still in the hand of God. i read Bible yesterday and the other day, it was about a man died and a blind man. Jesus said the blind man could not see not because of his sin, but to show the glory of God.
i think we may have doubt at times but hope we can experience what God plans for us when we undergo all the stressful moment. everything is in his plan and during all kinds of treatment, ups and downs, hope we know that He is with us.

主內平安!

我也問過教會的傳道人, 他們說是可以接受iui和ivf的.
子女是神賜予我們的, 神可以直接賜給我們, 也可以值住醫生的治療賜予我們. "不育"也是一種"病", 病的時候當然可以祈禱求主醫治, 但神也可以用醫生的手去醫治我們呀!

thanks God that i've checked up today and bb (boy) is doing fine. it's really God's grace.
after consulting the doctor, he said my son is probably has ADHD. has started the medicine. pls pray for that it's helpful to him with no / least side-effect.

remember u in my prayers.

dwy2008, CHAK師奶 and 大頭蝦, welcome girls, but sorry it is under this circumstances. But all the sisters here will give you great support and lots of information.

Yimyee, how are you keeping? Still overloaded with work? Hope you are not feeling too stressful before your next treatment.

Kelly, Praise the Lord that your baby is doing great! How many weeks are you now? (I lost track) And praying that your son's behavior issue will be solved by the medicine. ADHD is so common these days. Have you watched a TV series 'Desperate housewife, the twins boy in the show has that as well. It will be very manageable.

I am doing ok myself, eating a little bit more. Still having heartburn though. I will have another scan in 3 weeks time. Pls pray for the little one inside me that she is healthy.

And hi to everyone!

I checked that I got double thick line from the urine tester this Sun and Mon, I think I got bingo..(Thanks God)..but will confirm this Thur in Dr Chan....so I didn't announce it until it is "real"

真係高興見到幾個姊妹都bingo左, 希望你們肚內的bb都平安! 不知怎的, 我相信主在聽我們的禱告, 現在已經有部份人做了媽媽或準媽媽了! 但我亦會為你們當中仍在等待的禱告, 因為我知道你們的忐忑!

有一件事要分享, 原先我一直以為我有三次小產和二次ivf失敗已經是很慘的事, 但近日在無意中神讓我發現其實任何人都有機會遇到跟我相同或是更差的經歷, 只是我不知道! 當然我們在地上必定會有經歷, 不然可能神給我們許多的訊息我們都無法得着! 我的体會是因為新近與一位相識了两年多的姊妹, 她剛生下一個兒子(日子同我女兒同一天生日) 她早前跟我分享她原來都經過5次小產, 在等侯兒子出生時都像我一樣的擔心, 最後在生產時她跟我做了相同的事, 就是當第一次聽到我們的小b哭聲時, 我們都掉下眼淚, 因為我們終於都可以親身聽到我們的孩子的哭聲, 我們都感謝神給我們機會!

希望這些分享可以支持你們當中仍在等候的(無論是等待生產還是生待懷孕的), 希望你們知道神沒有忘記你們任何一個!!!!

你的說話好encouraging, 我都係因為小產所以再次親近神, 再返教會...以前生活太安穩令我機乎忘記神...

你朋友5次小產後都成功生出, 加添jor我信心...如果上次都計, 我也是5次了, 希望今次能順利渡過..

這兩天心裡有些掙扎, 因為8月份有很多親戚生日, 又有很多朋友gathering, 中醫就覺得我應多些bed rest...我reject出席又有d好似好衰gum...但我上年小產就係食野時講野講得太興奮而立刻肚痛&流血...現在唯有在禱告中交托

各位:

剛落機回來,立刻上來看你們的近況了。讓我報告一下先,上次FET不成功,我決定這個cycle乜都唔做,包括量體溫,做d仔,靜心等待下次FET,說來也奇怪,以往我大約兩個月一次m,去旅行前,我feel到有排卵跡象,那時太約day18,這幾天個胸好漲添!唉!又搞到我個心囉囉攣,因我甚少在沒有任何treatment底下,有谷胸現況。我估下星期便會知結果了。幸好囉囉攣並沒有破壞我的旅行,因為我有做spa,仲有按肚添,在游水時在池邊還捽了一交,現在都是平安心啦!一切都交在神手中吧!

真的很戥你開心,希望今次一切順利,我覺得你可以驗血來確定懷孕,我聽過話指數高,懷孕是相對穩定一點,但我不敢肯定,你問下醫生。

Venus, welcome back dear, glad you had a relaxing hols. Have been praying for you. Really hope to hear good news from you quickly.

Lic9, thx for your message ar, I have taken a few pics, didn't do that until I reached 5 mths though. Still feeling a bit unreal....somehow.

Manwah, reading your post touched my heart indeed, I had a dream last night that I was feeding my baby girl. I was so happy and I know that i will cry once the baby arrive.

Galic, praying that you have bingo and that this one is a keeper! Rest as much as you can, I didn't go out at all for like a whole month (except going to clinic) after I know I am bingo. And because I was feeling really really sick, I don't bother going out at all.

Kelly, My edd is mid-Nov. I am counting the days. ;) Feeling more kicking lately and the feeling is great!

Matt and YimYee, praying for you with the challenge ahead.

Grace and Sarah, how are you keeping?

Galic, congratulations! It is a wonderful gift from our Lord!

Kelly, praying for u that the medicine will work well with you son. Hope the Lord will take over your worries and you have more time to rest!

A little bit disappointed this month, but keep "thinking not bingo this month" really help me to release some of the pressure. I gave up checking BBT this cycle. I have to travel to and fro mainland for three weeks in August, so I didn't take clomid. Hope that I will be in Hong Kong during ovulation la.
