It seems that the first one is better as :
- she's got pratical experience in taking care of kids / babies
- she worked in Singapore. Hygience standard supposed to be better
- she knows both English / Cantonese (education : senior high school)
- the second one has been taking care of the elderly for over 10 years, not sure if she really knows / remembers how to handle with the kids, and has the "heart". Besides, her 1st priority is to take care of the elderly, and as Elaine stated, she wants day off on "Sundays" & "not willing to take care of children no matter how many the family has" etc ...
Better talk to her / them face to face directly and call their employers for reference. May bring your kids to meet her / them and see how she plays with your kids.
Just spotted something that seems contradictory for the 1st one. At the supplementary questions, she said no to 是否願意與老人同住 yet she said yes to 你是否願意照顧傷殘老人,幫助他們洗澡,換尿片,大小便及到醫院. ????? Also, the 1st page said she is single, but have details under name of spouse????
Personally I don't get good vibe about either 2. The first one does look a little "far" "fit".
