嘩, 佢覺得你有潛質先同你做呢個捉腳wheel.

我做wheel, 佢最多推下我upper back 架咋.

星期日其實又真係冇咩堂, 我見到佢1.30pm 有堂hatha, 但我估應該會cancel. 之後有堂yoga therapy.

yes, I'm lucky (can do yoga during the early morning/lunch time), that is the reason I chose PY as closed to my office.

Holy Trinity locates just behind my office, but they don't hv early lesson nor lunch lesson. too bad.
otherwise, i will join one more yoga centre ga.

8:30-12:00 office
12:00-13:30 home
14:00-17:00 seminar
17:30-19:15 facial in Central
20:00-22:30 went to see play at Culture Centre
22:45-00:00 supper
00:15 arrived home!!

may have 2 lessons tmrw ga la~! how abt u?

still, i don;t know how to do crane/bird pose well lor!

actually i think "s" shld be OK. i wear VS underwear "XS'" g mah. i was so crazy/stupid to order that size last time!

this week a bit lazy as still feel throat-sore, itchy throat.. running nose.. so guess no yoga today (I've to work late). But will do 3 classes tomorrow (2 yoga & dance).

I really don't know how to let you to do well here.. why don't you to ask the instructor? usually when I have questions, I'll ask instructor to show me how to do... eg, headstand, crane...

re : how to get rid of 隔甩底舊肉
now wear the right bra, got better... next time when you'll be in Central for facial, how about visit the bra shop? she can help you, not too expensive, around $150-200..

last time, another instructor was sit next to me on the class. i asked her & she thought i was kidding too!!!

too many ppl go to instructors every time while class ended ar. :-(
