然後將(b)分兩次倒入(a)內,這個步驟好緊要,要慢慢由底番上面的,跟住就放去焗爐焗啦!

倒完之後咁需要再攪拌嗎?

糖霜是icing sugar任何超市都有得買的!
你落蛋白去粉漿時,要輕手,唔可以攪得太耐,如果唔係個蛋糕就唔會起架啦!而且焗完之後第一時間拿出來倒轉放在個架度,這樣做是唔會使個蛋糕變扁身的,明白未

生煎飽食譜:餡:將280g的高麗菜+砂糖10g+鹽7g混合,多餘的水分擠出,再加入絞肉250g,蝦皮10g,麻油5g,蔥花30g拌勻。
皮:1.酵母3g+水125g攪拌至溶解
2.將高筋麵粉125g低筋麵粉125g糖粉20g鹽3g,泡打粉3g倒入鋼盆中在將1.倒入
3.攪拌成團後移至桌面來回搓揉麵團至表面光滑
4.將揉好的麵團放到鋼盆內發酵15分鐘,發酵成原來的1.6至2倍大.
5.將發酵好的麵團分割成每個20g並搓成圓形,桿成邊緣薄中間較厚之麵皮
6.包入30g的餡,將周圍的麵皮依序包起,接合處需捏緊
7.平底鍋放入少許的沙拉油將包餡的麵團煎至金黃再加入麵糊水(比例為水10:麵粉1)淹至麵團的1/2,加蓋悶煮12-18分鐘至水乾.

打到手軟,不過第7項我沒有跟這樣做,我會蒸熟先拿去煎的 你快些save落去你個file度啦,我唔會再打第二次架啦

下次有raspberry和strawberries記得叫埋我去你家裡摘喎 whipping cream本身是cream色,但打發後會變白色的,但當然唔係雪白啦 以下這個蛋糕就是我早兩日整的!

泡打粉 = baking powder ir soda powder????

酵母3g+水125g ---> the water need to be warm water or just cold tape water??

how many bun can this receipe make???

蒸熟先拿去煎??? is this better???
though the item 7 is easier??
is 蒸熟先拿去煎 produce a better result


sorry for having so many question..
I will try it this week if I have time..

still very unhappy as I still haven;t got the chance to try the pandan cake as can;t get the pandan essence.. :-( :-( :-(

I am just worry that the bun will not發酵 then it will become very hard..

酵母, did u get those pack from supermarket???
or u ask the bakery shop in the supermarket give u some.. my previous landlord said they will give u if u ask.. as those can 發酵 better.

which brand do u use??

蝦皮我都唔知係咩,我只落左幾隻蝦肉吧
高麗菜 = chinese leaf,對啦
高筋麵粉 =strong white bread flour我會用carrs這個牌子比較滑d
低筋麵粉 = plain flour
泡打粉 = baking powder
酵母3g+水125g要暖水大約50度水溫啦
通常可以做到8至9個飽的
如果你照第7項這樣做的話,當然方便d,因唔需要蒸完再煎,但蒸完出來個效果就會發得大個d,和鬆軟d,所以你想要簡單d還是要好食d呢
這個飽飽真係唔容易整架,要用好多功夫架,我都唔係時常成功的,因有時搓揉得唔夠又整唔得軟綿喎,還難整過蛋糕架 :-( 如果你未整過麵飽,相信對你來講更加難添!

我都聽講過,如果去超市麵飽部門度問取發酵會比你的,不過我無問過 我通常用carrs 的yeast,但好多牌子我都用過,其實差唔多的,你下次可以去買他們取發酵種看看他們給唔給你吧
個蛋糕我整左兩層架,所以才有咁高,側面唔係好多cream吧,只是中間和上面才多cream,又唔係時常食,應該唔會食肥吧,況且這個cake已經分左一半給朋友食啦

I know that its more difficult to make bread than cake that why I want to make sure I didn;t use the wrong ingredient..

also make sure the step its right..

I tried to make bread before..

those butter bun u bake in oven and they don;t always work..

need to depend on if they 發 ng 發....

I will try my luck..
