新加坡之巴士, 如不用八達通時, 可否 pay coin 呢
yes,可以但幾著比完錢攞番張ticket

另cx同其他airways都係terminal 1,只有singapore airline係停terminal 2

Your schedule is too tight, esp if you are carrying children with you.

1 hour going down to Orchard Road for shopping is too short. If you are going to Merlion and Marina Bay area, why not go to Suntec City?

After visiting Suntec City, you can walk to The Esplanade (the durian shape theatre), and from there walk down to the Merlion Park.

Is there any reason for you to go to Little India at this late time. Actually you may choose either Lau Par Sat or Chinatown for dinner and continue shopping in Orchard Road. Assuming you can finish your dinner by 8pm, you still have one to two hours to shop in Orchard Road. After the closing time for department store, you can still visit the bookstore nearby, like Borders, they opened until midnight.

And I am not sure if Red House is opened for lunch as most of them are for dinner only.

到老巴剎美食中心食晚飯,到牛車水-- 步行要幾耐?
I walk with my son last time around 15 minutes.

yes can pay coin, but more expensive than using ezlink card.

多謝你覆我呀, 但我join singapore airline 個package, budget又有限, 冇幾多個choice咋. :-(

我12/7-17/7去民丹島, 17-19/7新加坡,住Binton Lagoon,但有三隻房(superior room, deluxe seafacing room, deluxe seaview room)每隻差$200/night,我想請問你覺邊隻好？

If you are go via Singapore airline, remember to resigter at the counter in the Singapoer airport as they got free settle bus, the'Hop-on bus' for passengers who travel with SQ. The 'Hop-on' bus will stop at most of the sightseeing point.

u go with kids, u better get the holiday atrium, copthorn kings, alothough they are not close to MTR station, but just take a taxi, cheap S$3-5.

Dont choose peninsula.

Have u check the price in Zuji and priceline (ms mok)??

I book the ticket from zuji is $877 ( after tax is 12xx), book the hotel from wingon is $510.
if go for 4 days 3 nights shall be:

Ticket for 2 : $2500
hotels: $510x3=1530
totally

4030.

what is your budget??

真係好多謝你o甘熱心回覆我呀!

我係8月3日出發, 而家5日4夜, 一家三口未包稅就$52xx.

我book sia o既 package (air ticket+2晚hotel, 另再自己extend 2晚hotel), 暫定o左peninsula, 機位firm o左, 但hotel未firm實o既, 不如你幫我睇o下如果o吾簡peninsula, 可以簡邊間啦. 我地第一次去，o吾熟路, 最想酒店有泳池(阿女三歲, 睇怕好多時都係游水), 所以簡o左peninsula.

(排位由平至貴, 有d仲貴d架, 但over budget呀)

Dear Yiuyiumama,
I remember that somebody told that the peninsula hotel is not so good as the one in Hong Kong. I suggest you use sometime to re-read this topic.
I stayed in the Hotel Rendezvous this month when I went to Singapore with my little kid. He enjoy swimming also in the swimming pool of the hotel. If you can book this hotel, I suggest you can book 3/F. Because the swimming is on this floor. I lived in 3/F also, therefore I just walk along the corridor, no need to take the lift.

Anyone what to grap the Singpore map, hotel info, budget hotel info, singapore annual hote guide 2005....etc

Just go to the wan Chai, Central Plaza. visit the singapore tourism office, everything is available.

係呀！呢間Hotel Peninsula同香港個間真係有天淵之別！事緣6月中，我地一家3口係東瀛遊join左個星航3日2夜既package，本人諗住加多兩百蚊，住間好少少既酒店，咁！個職員就叫我地住Peninsula,佢話好多香港人去星加坡都係住呢間，同時佢又幫我地上佢地website，睇下佢d房同設備係點？從相而看，佢既泳池的確幾好(事實上都係)，加上又幾近市中心，交通好方便，去牛車水，或者魚尾獅像，可以步行約分鐘就到，就算去聖陶沙，搭的士都只係50幾蚊港紙，好抵！於是就選左呢間酒店。
點知去到，就真係大跌眼鏡，雖然upgrade我地delux room，但d房就污穢不堪，好殘好舊，又霉又爛，熱水又要等好耐先有，房間有陣味，冷氣糟又鋪滿塵，空氣好唔流通，真係好唔適合帶小朋友入住。而且就我所見，呢間酒店d主要住客係印度人，好少香港人同外國人，另外，早餐更是一般。所以，如果一家大細去的話，就千萬別住這間酒店，反而，我見到個間golden landmark都好似唔錯！

this hotel is ok, I just been there on last weekend, 5 min to mrt, beside hotel have 24 hour food centre( with air cond), remember if you take cx flight, u should call cx hoilday to book this hotel, just cost $444 , u will get extra bed, extra breadfast, fruit basket, and late checkout(till 4 pm) one set lunch/dinner (S$7.5) free.

forget to say, the breadfast is quite good, you will found a lot of choice.
