。個樽建議一日兩次每次3粒，但我只係一日食一次3粒。collagen對皮膚，頭髮，指甲，骨跤都好，我食都係貪靚補番下啲骨膠原，覺得皮膚係keep得唔錯，膝頭落樓梯冇再痛，係我最喜歡嘅supplement之一。
