小朋友千萬不要吃的食物
1.雞,特別雞頸(少吃)
2.蜂王漿和蜂膠丸(不可吃)
3.大豆丸(不可吃)
4.雪蛤膏(不可吃)
5.蟹(少吃)

另外腸仔, 香薰油都會出現脹乳

性早熟來經及脹乳(男孩子都會脹乳)

不要吃含雌激素的女食物

一個9歲女上身像10多數女一樣, 第一次來經個多月, 最細的得3歲, 美國有3名4-7歲男孩, 因乳房脹大, 經常使用含薰衣草各茶樹精華油的洗頭水, 潤膚露各定型gel. 之後美國做了test說lee兩樣精華油各自能夠在18個小時後擴張乳癌細胞, 程度相等於雌激素的百分之45效果

金仔上個幾個月, 都有次唔肯著衫返學, 係樹喊, 爺爺就由得佢唔返, 我咪話爺爺, 佢唔肯換衫, 就帶埋校服返學校, 叫老師同佢換, 要立即抱佢上 taxi 返學, 之後佢知道扭...係唔可以唔返學, 佢就乖乖上學去

Also the same case for Rachel - 唔肯著school uniform返學 daily. Sometimes just let her put on her favorite sweater and change back to school uniform at school.

Maybe the school uniform is tooooo ugly!! (but I didn't say that in front of her)

Is it capable for baby to taste banana/apple when they are 4 mths old?

how abt the cereal? from 6 mths old onwards???

and my pair of twins will be 3 mths old next week... shall I start to play flash cards with them??? they are now 'harder' abit, can sit upright on my legs with the support of my hands...

I just start to let them grasp some 'ling ling'... or 'hanging puppets'... for hand eye coordination training...

but when shall I start to play 'play along'???

'ci la'... I can't retrieve my memory arrr... oh no!

For the diet: I gave a little bit of baby juice to HH when he's about 5 months, to let him try the taste of food other than milk.... .then solid food (fruit puree, cereal) after 6 mths..... I read an article from WHO - solely bf/milk is recommended for first 6 mths and solid food to be introduced after 6 mths..... I use the "organix" brand cereal which is very good..... are u still bf your girls?

Yes, I'm still BF my twin gals... haa haa...

well, I should say like this... I'm not direct BF them unless I have plenty of time in the afternoon/morning... I used to express my milk into bottles and to feed them on schedule. Medela is a really good brand in milk pumps... I hired the 'symphony' pump and used at home... and even I do not direct feed them, the 'output' is still okay (compared with Joshua last time)... since I'll back to work three weeks later, I'm thinking to hire one more and put it in the office (I've found a store room for expressing milk during lunch hour)...

okay, I'll feed them milk soley up to 6 months old and then start to let them taste abit cereal afterwards...

how about flash cards??? nn, can u give me advice on it???

I think gals are smarter than boys...Lois and Eunice seem smarter than Joshua... They can 'talk' to por por/ gong gong (both of them like por por very much)... and hold your 'finger' (u know their hands are soooo small now) when u touch their hands... and smile to you... and they can play the 'hanging toys' and make sounds ...

Yes, medela is good.... I hired "lactina" when I give birth (coz no stock of "symphony").... I hired one more symphony later and used at home and took the lactina back to the office.... that's worth if it's good to babies......add oil ar

yup, guess professional nn can give u some advice on flashcards......I played that to HH too, but only when he's about 8 months and he didn't like that much....

the gals are so cute....so how do you "share" your attention between joshua and twins? It's seems very difficult ar

this time I would hire 'lactina'/'symphony' (lactina is cheaper but I have to buy the accessories again...) and use it in my office...although I'd a mini electric at home but it is really nosiy and the output is not so good compared with lactina/symphony.

Twins are okay now... as I'm at home during these days... but I put more time on Joshua in reading books and Joshua Ba concentrates on taking care twin gals at night...

我個人認為分開兩班好d, 係教師立場,唔駛認錯麻。係小朋友立場,可以俾機會佢地學習獨立, 自己去面對事情, 仲可以俾機會佢地去識一d新既朋友, 正如我地依家讀書既小朋友, 佢地一樣做得好好。但係如果佢地响同一班, 佢地就會互相依賴,影響佢地正常社交發展。
