our school Ms F said the child should go to sleep before 8pm. sleeping is a trouble problem. have watched a programme which taught how to let the child go to sleep on time. the methods are work after "fine-tune" for kenneth, but it takes me a long time and high EQ to insist. 都試過勁鬧, 不過係無用既.

唔係呀，我點會唔比佢訓喎....一般都比佢訓2個鐘喇....有時心軟比佢訓多左，就一定知會攞黎衰....有時佢只係響回家途中，響車度 quick charge 20分鐘，返到屋企佢都可以成個醒哂咁，唔再訓，之後果晚又係好夜先訓....

for Ms F, sleep before 8pm may work on her family...but it wont work on my family....u know daddy seldom stay at home ma, he wants to play/see Ellis whenever is home....& he likes bringing Ellis out for dinner on weekends....just like tonite, after the dinner & ice-cream time, we arrived home at 10:30pm...Ellis was ready for sleep at 11pm but he kept saying NO NO NO...

因為佢真係開心架嘛...so far 去左兩次，兩次佢玩水時既笑聲都令其他在旁既家長動容架！！

唔瞓午睡,Gabriel哥會發神經!9p.m.左右上床瞓最perfect,research話小朋友的growth hormone在晚上11時左右最高峰!臨瞓前同佢做吓啲悶嘢,唔好玩得咁激咁興奮!

是但啦, 佢都唔會睇menu, 你幫佢set 左 day mode, night mode, indoor and outdoor mode 就得啦!

daddy will 去飲 tomorrow nite, he would like to bring along 我家公子, i warn him if he can manage 我家公子 while everybody is eating (人地擺喜酒), then u can bring. finally he asked me 3 times "你地去唔去?"

we brought Ellis to wedding banquet for 3 times already....he was doing good wor so far...u may need to bring along with some his favor toys la...or I can lend Ellis's portable DVD player to u so that Kenneth can watch DVD while u 2 are busy at eating...

原本我星期日都有得飲,但是大笨象一早就上了機去美國!我自問冇能力handle個要夠鐘上床sleeping而又冇得瞓的傻瓜,所以唯有齋做人情唔去飲!星期一仲要返學!咪同自己過唔去!我要同哥哥單打兩星期,小心行事,不容有失!後果要自負!
