Refer to Yennie replied. BB係一歲前最好唔好用枕頭, 因為佢地未識轉身,驚佢突然一轉無力撐返起焗襯. 如果想佢唔好咁平,可放毛巾墊起都得, 你而家餵奶餵成點呀, 如果人奶係無乜風, 抱直係shoulder 度, 都可掃到風的. 如果真係哭得利害真係可以用yennie 個方法,同佢扒係度掃下背, 因為佢可能入到得, 仲有買隻"gripe water" 佢飲, 係德國出叫"唔德物次腸痛水" (俗稱:肥仔水(因為佢有個肥bb圖))如果佢哭得利害唔舒服都可飲用.

hi all

i have given birth to a liitle boy la
from july mum to june mum
he arrive 3 wks 1 day early on 29 june
weighted only 2.2kg
very small indeed

hope he can put on more weight soon

幫BB 清潔眼時，記住由內向外抹，即係由鼻梁兩邊嘅眼角抹出去，喺醫院時護士教嘅

it seems to me that he is tire and want to sleep but keep on not sleeping well.
he will make lots of funny noise and didn't sleep well

i try to feed him well before he go to bed but he will just fall asleep after a while. not sure if i should top up at night. i just worry that if i top up at night the milk level will fall and he will refuse to have breastmilk. i think he eat quite well as he always wet his nappies and have lots of poo too.
he can sleep really well during the day. may be because he is too tire after a long night without sleeping well.

thanks god that he sleep slightly better last night. at least he can sleep for 1.5 to 2 hr after each feed.

hope things will get better and he can sleep better at night

妳指BB瞓唔好...係唔瞓...or..成日醒
如果BB醒...妳試下用大毛巾包住佢個身實D..佢個人會安全感多D...瞓覺有D幫助. 同埋瞓前果餐要餵飽佢..就應該好好瞓. ...

佢地慣左個時間係咁...所以日頭瞓得好林....妳唔好就佢...咪奶量少左...妳都好辛苦架, 而且佢習慣左日頭瞓唔係好事. 我湊BB時係咁的...佢地初初回家都係日夜吊轉架...
妳試下黃昏或瞓前幾個鐘盡量唔好比佢瞓咁林... ...

Congratulation pig pig,

For the 1st 3months really tough and lack of sleep for new mum, after that will be fine, no worry, if you have any question you can ask your mid wife, she will visit you 2 times and health visiter will visit you once....relax yourself.....add oil ar!!

我99係我仲未生時已經教咗我點TRAIN BB瞓好D
我知D MIDWIFE係話feed on demand,但我就覺得唔係好掂
媽咪瞓又瞓得少,BB喊-一係肚餓,一係攰,再唔係就COLIC OR要換片
但好多時都唔會估到BB點解喊
我就一向都係feed on routine 既
好多時我都可以憑幾點知道BB係肚餓定係眼瞓
我自己又瞓得好,BB又瞓得好之餘又無咁躁
我覺得feed on routine 好既地方係會估到BB想要乜
我從來都唔會唔知點做,唔會束手無策

例如,我一開始係每三個鐘餵一次既,pattern係:
食奶,玩,瞓,換片
如果BB食完奶,玩完之瞓咗,但係一個鐘之就醒咗,我就佢係因為COLIC而醒,唔係肚餓
如果BB係玩完瞓咗之後兩個鐘醒既,咁多數都因為肚餓

我兩個女都係8個星期就介咗夜奶,瞓到8個鐘
12個星期就每晚瞓到12個鐘
到而家都係(7點到7點)
而且,我係TRAIN細女瞓覺時同時TRAIN埋佢自己瞓
佢幾日大之我就無再暗佢瞓覺啦
到而家都係熄燈閂門走人,佢地就可以自己瞓著
我隻手同膀頭都舒服咗好多

how can u do this ga

my bb will cry very loudly after every sleep and won't stop unless i feed him and he will fall asleep straight after feeding.

so i have to feed him every 2 hrs day and night.
this is very tiring
he also sleep very slight,
i cannot just put him down to sleep on his own

he look scare if i don;t hold him to sleep / sleep next to him.
he will wake up very quickly,

most of the time my bb cry is because he want to be fed but i think he might be eating too much. last night and this morning there milk come out of his mouth and noise like fountain. i was so scare because of this.

also he is quite small and i am worry that if i feed on rountine he will lose weigh. he doesn't has much to lose anyway. he is only 2.5kg now.

i also hope that he can sleep better in the evening.
but it seems impossible. also my 6299 is here and if i don't stop him crying (ie feed him) soon enough.they will be unhappy and think that i am not good to their grandchild.

但係係我老公同99勸服我
要做到FEED ON ROUTINE唔係單方面既,好需要有屋企人既支持
做之前大家都要有共識先得
如果唔係你6299同你老公就會好多野講

我99成日同我講,BB喊,可以TRIAIN到佢個肺,對佢地好喎(唔需要知係咪真,但我由得亞女喊時心裡面咁諗,我個心就舒服D
FEED ON ROUTINE另一個好處係BB會增磅
我個大女都係細碼B,出世得2.95KG(足月)
一個星期後已經重過出世時.因食得穩定
比起我其他FEED ON ROUTINE既朋友,佢地既BB重成日大起大跌
FEED ON ROUTINE既BB既體重上升反而較穩定
餓到佢每三個鐘食一次,每一次佢都會食得多
初頭嗰幾日係會辛D,但一個星期左右後,兩個女都已經習慣咗每三個鐘餵一次既PATTERN
佢地嗰時一日都唔會喊一次(平均兩日喊一次啦)
我初初就算幾攰,我都會堅持到要夠三個鐘先餵一次奶
如果餵完佢一個鐘就喊,咁我就會用咩帶咩住佢周圍行
好多時一放佢地入咩帶,佢地就會即刻收聲~好神奇GA!!!
所以要捱夠三個鐘都算好難
到佢地慣咗3個鐘既ROUTINE 2星期之後就轉3個半鐘,之後4個鐘
佢地8個星期大時SKIP咗夜奶,所以瞓到8個鐘...

我明白你唔敢放BB自己瞓既心情
初為人母一定會係咁
我嗰時都唔敢由得大女自己瞓
但佢慢慢開始大...就發覺自己太緊張.自己應該放開D

至於嘔呢個問題...
我兩個女細個時日頭我都係畀佢地扒係到瞓
我知MIDWIFE話危險
但日頭時我又會睇住,BB既風又會去得好D,瞓得好D
起碼如果佢嘔時,佢地唔會嘔到成身係同啃親
沙沙講既SWADDLE我都有用,BB真係會好瞓D
我通想夜晚就會畀BB LIE ON THEIR BACK,然後SWADDLE 佢
如果佢點都肯瞓既,我先會畀佢扒係到瞓

仲有呀...餵人奶時,可以試下新既姿勢-你瞓喺到,畀BB扒係你個肚上面,你兩隻手"熊抱"住BB,以手脾托住BB個頭
呢個係我係英國時新聞到見到佢地話新興既餵奶方法,MAXIMISE肌膚接觸.我到而家都仲有咁餵奶GA...同埋我鐘意瞓係到餵囉

that a problem. i don;t think my 6299 and hubby will buy this way lor
they feel heart pain when they hear bb cry. they even question me when I bath bb (as my bb doesn't like to be changed and bath)
he will cry like crazy whenever i bath him

another problem is that i cannot wake my bb up after each feed as he either want to sleep (ie he will cry if i wake him up) or he will ask for more milk if i wake him up (non stop crying) how can i wake him up to play after feeding so that he will be tire during the day so as to sleep more at night

last night when he wake him up after the feeding (by winding him) he start to cry non stop and ask for more milk which end up having too much milk and votmit out from his mouth and nose.
really difficult to look after him

i will try 瞓喺到既餵奶方法 at least i can get some rest during the feed too esp when i am really tire.

i just hope that i will have a better night tonight and he can sleep longer

so far the longest hrs he can do is 3.5 hrs at night without feed
