qqbma: try the following link, you should be able to find 比 諾 中 英 文 幼 兒 園 in cell D188. This worksheet was taken from the government website. So I think this 幼 兒 園 shpuld be fine. I have also checked the flyer, there is no registration number. But the fyer from 翠 茵 小 宇 宙 國 際 幼 兒 園also has no registration number printed on it.

My baby started crawling at around 9 months. If baby no intention to crawl, parents has do get toys, books, pictures with shape colour to attract baby's attention. Also, we need to lift up her tummy to help her and then push her toes, so that she know she has to do likes this for crawling. I learned this techniques when my baby around 8 months during the playgroup class. At that time, she did not like to crawl. We practiced this techniques and endured her crying voice at around 1 month. Then, 9 months she can crawl successfully. So, try la... don't give up...

Yes, its a bit early for your son. Becuase he may not know what happen. Now, you may try to bring him to club house's play room everyday in order to let him know more with others. I did it for my both kids. You can send him to play group after 1 years old. That's will be much better. YWCA and out club house had playgroup too. The one from our club house just starts. Garytai and qqbma also joined. You may check with them about the status later. Lesley will join YWCA on next week. Let me update you after the 1st lesson.

Your baby is near 1 yr old. You will have more playgroup choices after 1 yr old. The playgroup in YWCA downstairs and our clubhouse which require baby to be 18 months up. I did not join yet. My baby is only 16 months now. I may consider to enrol next month. I am also waiting other mami's comments about these 2 playgroups.
If you want yr baby join playgroup now, you need to travel to HK side, in Causeway Bay, Central or Mid-levels. Here are some info:
1. Baby gym & exercises practice - Gymboree (Central), The Little Gym (TST), Heep Hong Association??? (not sure)
2. Playgroup with flash cards - Kinder U (Causeway Bay) or Little Dynamite (Causeway Bay)
3. Playgroup with music motivation - Mymusicbox (Causeway Bay), Artplus (Tin Hau), Kindermusic by Catherine (Mid-level)
魚肝油 is not good for anyone now. Because my friend who is a retired doctor. she told me that 魚肝油 can damage 肝. 魚油 is much better. Becuase it can help to make your blood channel more clean.

If necessary, I would suggest you to try to use Air Cleaner at night when Josh on sleep. In fact, Duncan has the same case before. He never sleep well since BB time. Because he got nose allergy. Somehow, my friend suggest me to use Air Cleaner at evening only. Now he is much better. In fact, when he meet the virus, he is also easy got 咳 and never got. The longest time were almost 1 month. Until last year, after we went to Sydney, he got well over there. Because the air is more clean and fresh than HK. After that I'm keeping to turn on the Air Cleaner for him and ask my maid to clean the fillter every week. Then, he is much better now. Weather is changing a lot. It is time for flu virus everywhere. We need to be aware that when we go to club house play room. If the weather is good, I will prefer to let my kid to play outside. Becuase both of them got virus at play room at last year. Lesley had cought by virus which made her had outser in her throath. She could not drink milk and sleep well for almost a week.... So, be carful ah.....
