My baby man yin drank A+ 2 before but did not have "ng ng". She changed to Yan Ka Kin No. 3 since 14 months.

man yin also has running nose becasue of the sudden drop of temperature last week. but she is fine after drinking running nose medicine.

YWCA playgroup report:

So far so good. The whole process as same as other playgroup.

1. Play toy for 5 - 10 mins
2. Music all around
3. Tea time
4. Story time

Lesley enjoyed in the playgroup. She was watching all around because she never been there before. In the play toy time, she played alone. After that, she listen to the teacher all the time.

Josh初初食米飯添加，現在轉食eyeQ，係for bb食的，一日一粒，好似qqbma都食緊，我見樓下醫生都介紹eyeQ，都應該ok的。bb雜誌都有講鱼油對敏感、哮喘有幫助，除此，鱼油對腦部發展都好有幫助，至於穩定情緒就要食4個月先見效。

Lesley好叻女喎, 第一次返playgroup都投入到, 謙謙今日喊&扭到顛左, 因為佢冇得玩玩具, 唔肯制, 係咁扭, 全場bb都唔係咁, 得隻仔係咁, 我都唔知仲帶唔帶佢返好, 其實我都擔心有今日的情景, 不過比我想象中惡劣, 佢扭左兩個鐘, 佢玩完返黎後飲奶後訓覺, 我到夜晚都好攰, 身心疲累, 有其他媽咪安慰我, 叫我安撫下佢, 俾少少玩具引下佢之類的話, 不過其實我知道謙謙唔鍾意困死起一個地方, 唔鍾意坐定定, 隻腳好似上左摩打咁, 要不停咁走, 行, 如果返多一兩次情況都冇改善可能要cut啦, 或者再遲多一兩個月再試下啦!

eyeQ係咪都含有魚油成份? 幾多錢一罐? 係咪真係好d? 如果可以穩定情緒我想俾謙謙食下, 不過如果有for大人我都想食呀!

其實我有一個問題想問, 不過係純粹好奇, 如果平時在家安裝空氣清新機, 到出街時會否因為適應唔到街外空氣(尤其是銅鑼灣, 旺角等人流多的地方)而更易令氣管敏感? 呢一個係我一路以黎對空氣清新機既疑問?

Hello all mami,
Yes, man yin is taking "Eye-Q". She is taking "mumomega infancy" for about 2 months. The instruction is 1 day 1 cupsules. but I give her 3 to 4 cupsules per week. "mumomega infancy" is suitable for normal baby of 6 months to 18 months. From 18 months onwards, baby can change to liquid formula, called "Eye q liquid". For me, I am taking "mumomega pregnancy". This brand also has omega for adult, called "cardiozen".

Anson返playgroup都係同謙謙一樣, 佢要周圍走唔鍾意坐定定, 又要攪miss果d野, 好唔守紀律, 但係就係因為咁先要早d返playgroup同nursery受訓下, 人地教好過自己教好多!! 要早d改善下d自己d教法, 因為我係MIT 個miss話我地平時一定係好種佢, 唔駛守紀律, 呢d bb一定更加要早d番學, 如果唔係仲難教!!

其實我都覺得應該俾佢地早d學紀律, 但係我個人覺得playgroup做唔到呢個效果(今次呢個playgroup算係第一次參加), 因為有我地在場, d靚仔一樣咁放肆, 而且我覺得佢地玩d野都唔適合佢地玩, 如果好似第一堂用蠟筆畫畫都ok, 不過第二堂教用水彩畫就好似玩我地, d細路完全唔知你做咩, 只係想伸手落去玩ｄ水彩, 又玩泥膠, 不過我買過俾我表弟玩, 盒上都寫for3歲以上小童, 我都見個個細路都唔係玩, 又係工人or媽咪玩, 係講故事或唱歌好少少, 不過如果下次會所再攪playgroup我唔會join, 因為佢在bb探索世界入面玩, 根本個個細路淨係想玩玩具, 唔係好多細路企坐定定聽老師講野, 就算肯坐定定都係d家長禁住佢地唔准走, 而且老師全程講英文, 似我上堂多d, 亞仔都冇理佢, 自己有自己玩, 唯有安慰自己當上多幾堂order堂...

尋日謙謙仲經典, 因為玩水彩, 所以老師預備一盆水, 點知老師放得太出, 俾謙謙一拉倒瀉哂d水, 攪到周圍濕哂...

Josh應該唔係好舒服, 都唔係好耐煩, 而且謙謙攪事, 謙謙全程都冇咩點join個playgroup, 係一到講故事時間我就一路俾餅餅佢食, 一路引佢聽, 畫水彩畫又係參不多到佢時先帶佢埋位, 可能因為佢全時間有得玩玩具, 所以引到其他小朋友都唔想上堂, 其實我都唔好意思嫁, 不過格硬拉住亞仔佢就喊到拆天....我同我老公商量可能唔同佢再報playgroup, 等佢兩歲直接返n1!到時冇眼睇個心好過d
