One of the reason for such expensive gas bill is my maid -- she use hot water for cleansing face and brush teeth, even in these few hot days ?-(

But I counter proposed to her-- (1) it's not good for the skin to use hot / warm water to clean face / hands; & (2) if they insist, use hot drinking water to do so instead of using the heater. Be a little bit environmentally conscious.... and save $$$. Now they follow (2)
