I called CarXXXX again this morning for my bag. She finally got my tracking number (but too busy to e-mail that to me!). The bag should be here by tomorrow, but the shipping address is so messed up that I have to call Fedex and have the address clarified! The guy from Fedex said that he'll see if the package can arrive Hong Kong. If yes, he will correct the address and make sure the package can be delivered. Hopefully everything will be ok!

What a coincidence !!! I enjoy cooking very much as well !! Nigella Lawson is my favourite demonstrator !!

But I am not as 'hang fook' as you as I didn't have a maid to do that for me, just (hourly) domestric helper ja. I really enjoy the process than the food.....hehehehe.....my husband is very very very picky as well......as such, it is quite difficult to please him with food. When I was pregnant, I went to the market (wellcome/park'n/city'super sometimes) to buy the materials for the dinner after work ga......hehehehe no one dared to stop me leaving sharp at 5:15pm ma......

You may start walking along stairs these days ga la. My friend, who successfully delivered her son naturally, has listened to her doc's advice (Mrs Anson X's nephew) to walk along stairs more......she did it.....but I was to clumsy to walk (painful as well)....so, I just walk along flat land ja......see if your doc would also suggest that b4 labour.

Sams,

I've always thought those machines can't take too much weight away but can slim the body or tone the muscles. Is it right? Or they really can take off many pounds from bodies? I have never tried any. Too many messages we have here and I have forgot what bag you are waiting for la. What is it ah?

We can use our new bags this weekend!!! If I can really receive it by tomorrow! I think I will go crazy if it can't be delivered because of the messed up address. Planned to use it this Sunday!

Me 3. I love cooking also! But can't cook too often since I can't get off work early to get food and it'd be very late after arriving home then cook. So, cooking during the weekend sometimes, and sometimes friends come over to cook together and have fun! Hate cleaning up very much though!

All my home space had been occupied by my daughter's toys and things... so i have to run around at home doing stupid movements to lose weight lu... hee hee...

if i wear the heart rate watch during exercise, that's better to control how fast i move...

我未講完架!! 那是好耐之前嘅磅數!! 我生完後, 體重178lbs, 經過年幾時間, 我宜家都重125lbs架!! 我最少仲要減多10lbs先大功告成!!!

I am ~ weight la.......but I got back to the original weight ~ half year after given birth to my daughter......may mainly due to bf + v busy right after maternity leave......

我生完都係自己揍亞囝(冇請人亦冇人幫手), 亦係餵人奶..... 係咁辛苦嘅情況下先可以回復到呢個水平!!! 冇計啦~ 我似我媽咪呢邊嘅良好家族遺傳, 飲啖水都會肥架!!!

所以宜家有咁嘅成績, 我覺得ok架

Yes, I also have no one to help (but only nanny @ day time) ga.....my 99 was seriously ill @ ~ 2 mths after my C-S and therefore need to do quite a lot for her ON BEHALF OF ALL HER sons & daughter !!! I also have heavy workload when resumed duty right after the leave......it is really hard working weight loss lai ga. I understand very much as I also did the same to lose weight......

but looking back, it is not bad ar ~~ at least the old clothes still fit......

also, son is more difficult, I know.......we have "do + re + mi" .....3 sons of the eldest brother of my husband living just 1 floor below......

U are so great, taking care of 3 children and can lose weight naturally...

After i had given birth, my weight is soooooooo heavy, i hadn't started to lose weight until my daughter was 1 year old... my weight kept the same even BF for 3 months...

I also tried M6 before, it is a bit painful if the level is high... after u get used to the force, u won't feel too painful...

Tell u the truth, i think the most effective way to lose weight is to eat less & healthy + do exercise... nothing can replace this old saying ga la...
