Ingredients:
1. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2. 1 cup granulated sugar
3. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4. 2 large eggs
5. 3/4 cup self-rising flour
6. 3/4 cup plain flour
7. 1/2 cup milk
Steps:
1. preheat oven to 350F
2. line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake paper
3. in a large bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter until smooth
4. add the sugar gradually & beat until fluffy, about 3 mins
5. add vanilla extract, add egg & beat well
6. mix both type of flour and 1/3 of milk to egg mixture, beat well
7. repeat twice, then add remaining flour and beat well
8. bake for 20-22 minutes
