Consult Dr Tay yesterday. He told that I could stop taking the 葉酸 pills when I'm in 9 weeks' pregnancy and he gave me another "Wyeth惠氏孕婦維他命" called "Materna"

He also told that all the Vitamins and Minerals are not only for BB but mainly for mother. It is because our 先天機能will let our BB to absorb all the nutrients in our body first until they got enough. The rest will be left for mother. Therefore, if we do not have sufficient nutrients, the heath of mother (but not BB) will be affected.

Each "Materna" tablet contains many Vitamins & Minerals like Vitamins A, C, E, B1, B2, B6, D, 鐵, 葉酸, 鈣....etc.

But I check that it is very similar to the "Wyeth - Centrum : From A to Zinc 善存" which we could buy at Mannings.

Actually, Dr Tay asked me to take 善存 before IVF treatment. I checked the major different between 善存 and "Materna" is that "Materna" has more 鐵, 葉酸, 鈣 that are particularly required for pregnant women because BB will absorb many鐵, 鈣 for their development (i.e. mother will lost many iron and calcium)

He asked me to take two per day cos' I got twin BB. Otherwise, one per day would be okay.

Yes, Materna is basically what we really need. If you purchase other vitamins, make sure to ask the pharmacist if there are any Oyster shells in it because it has alot of lead and will harm your BB.

頭先返到屋企, 先發現, 唔記得帶屋企的鐵鏈key, 好在, 搵到隔離屋幫我手, 剪斷佢咋.

My doctor also gave me two packs of medicine: one is Meterna (in pink colour) and one is Folic Acid.... But I got constipation and darker stool after taking these pills and he said it's normal...maybe the medicine is so 熱氣.

我尋日去左贊育產前診斷科, 有位唐醫生好nice, 佢細心解釋我同老公既blood test report, 因為我老公有隱性地貧, 我自己亦好marginal好似係又好似唔係, 不過以佢經驗情況都好樂觀, 但萬大事我都要做多次blood test confirm.
跟住又去左c+醫生照bb, bb大左好多, 照佢果陣隻手仔仲揮手, 好搞笑 ....
其實我個c+醫生係老公舅父, 所以我地慳返好多, 真係好好彩!!!

I've been taking materna and another calcium supplement because I'm allergic to milk-product. I took the calcium and I've been having some serious constipations too. It's soooooooooo hard that I bleed everytime I go "poo poo". Then I stopped taking the calcium, I only take materna right now and it's better.
I lives in Vancouver, it's getting really cold here already.

唔~ 各位sister....，今日返工.....12 點幾去 toilet 時發玩流啡......，即刻同老細講我要去睇醫生，去咗屯門醫院，好彩照過BB仲係度同埋有心跳同埋見佢跳咗兩吓......，醫生比咗4D SL 我，依家係屋企休息......

唉~ 原來我仲大檬到應該琴日去產檢但係記錯咗 23日，不過好彩頭先打去改到嚟緊星期四睇......，心情唔係幾好，明知因為休息唔夠累到BB，頭先一路渣車去A&E一路摸住個肚佢BB講叫佢加油，一定要乖乖地留係媽咪肚裏面夠10個月先好出嚟......，我應承咗BB要好好休息啊......

唔講喇~ 要去倍BB瞓......
