e.g. I find my maid is lazy now and so I tell the agent for her follow up, she will then ask you to call the maid up to her office and she talk to her then,... (why not she call my maid in direct?)
BUT unluckily after my maid has been 'complained' by the agent, she recovers her 'habit' few days afterwards...
and no follow-up action to be taken by the agent then... (like now)...
(2) my maid had asked me where is their 'temple' for muslim... then I asked the agent... the agent just 'traced me around the garden' and said 'we don't know' ... or 'called you back afterwards BUT no response or call from her anymore' ... and wasted me few days... finally I called the consulate loh.,...
BUT one thing they are very hardworking in helping you/maid is when they find the maid can't pay the debt, they will call your maid few times a day to shout at her...
Mmmmmm.... so next time I will find another one luuuu...
