我今天qe覆診,tuchwood 我倆b都無事,我問醫生如果依幾星期早產會怎處理,開刀定順產,佢話任我揀wo,如果順產阿b危險,而開刀自己危險,各位如果係你,你會怎揀呢?我想大家比d意見thank you!

對我們在政府醫院生的孖B媽來講,其實好少有得自己揀,因為在不同階段,尤其是臨盆前,你和BB的情況都會轉變,醫生會按情況決定.
以我為例,我的目標是順產,好讓我可以盡快下床湊BB,醫生亦認同我,說順產是無問題的,不要以為駝孖B便一定要開刀,因為孖B較一般BB細,較易生.後來我駝到37周時,雖然沒生產跡象,但因身體開始負苛不到(e.g.血壓高,尿蛋白),醫生便建議做催產.但後來因孖B的頭仔未夠低,便要開刀.
我也知道有些原本預約開刀的孖B媽因早了穿羊水而最後變為順產.
所以,一切交由你的孖B和醫生決定吧!Take care! :wink:

hi 各位，我同 sophronia 唸法一樣，因為順產可以盡快下休看bb 同埋身體復原得好一些。我便是成功順產的，我第一天因失血過多暈倒，其後我便可以回復正常行動自如，記得第五日出院，我巳好像沒有生過一般健步如飛

最後我也是在仁安給Dr. Sin 照結構u/s! 他的確很cool, 很少出聲。不過由於我們乜都唔識，有時看到孖B的手骨腳骨也已經十分高興。最後他說孖B都算合作，一個鐘就攪掂哂，不用番照。最重要是他說一切正常！那便算數了。

我的EDD是late Nov. my obs doctor is also Dr Yu Kai Man. 他建議我早2weeks開刀！你是否決定在仁安還是政府医院生呢？

其实看完這裹眾多孖B媽的comment，我也害怕早產或有什麼問題，那麼政府医院会好些和便宜得多。於是我也book了威爾斯。不過上星期才第一次看，已經要等兩個半鐘，真是怕怕！而目當医生知道我一直有看私家，他便建議我不用回去產檢，除非有早產蹟象。不知其他孖B媽有沒有類似情況呢？

I never told Dr Yu that I also went to Govt hospital for a/n visit ga... (coz I'm afraid he will 求其...) (as I learned from some BK mums here)...

I also register in QEH and have a/n visit there too...originally I want to deliver my twins in 仁安 same as my elder son... but many mums told me that there may happen some unpredictable things... and so... in order to pay safe... I'll plan to go to QEH for delivery lor...

QEH also knows I'm going to private... but they treat me good (so far)... book u/s, physio, frequent checking...and so I have more confident in govt than private ar...

my EDD is 22/11 but the Govt doctor + Dr Yu I'll have c-section in week 37...that's first week of November lor...

what's the gender of your twins? my twins are DCDA and both of them are girls, they are in week 23 now... :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I also didnt tell Dr Yu that I visited the Gov't hospital, but I told the doctor in PWH that I visited the private doctor concurrently. Then PWH doctor suggested me not to book the regular checkup in government any more cuz' it was quite time consuming. Eventually I accepted it cuz' I did agreed with them that it was extremely time consuming to queue for the government checkup. I think the doctor in QEH maybe better...

Anyway, now I just hope my twin will deliver according to the planned schedule so I still can stay in 仁安 for delivery, though it will use quite a lot of money. :cry: If everything goes smooth, I'll have the c-section around mid of nov., just 2 weeks time later than u! :-P

Mine is also DCDA, and they are boy and girl

Have u asked Dr Yu how much for twins c-section? I haven't asked this so far...

last time when I met Dr Yu, he persuaded me to undergo c-section in week 37.

Union Hospital is good, the environment is okay and I delivered my elder son there 2 years ago.

If you know the estimate, pls let me know. (Just 8 only... coz I decide to go to QEH for delivery anyway.)

我想問咩牌子既米糊好呀??係咪一定要先食米糊才可食粥仔??因為我唸住4個月開始比佢地try下固體食物.

Congratulation to u tooooo, cuz u've already got a lovely boy, so this twin girls will be a perfect match for your family!!

I also havent asked Dr Yu about the cost, let me ask him next time and tell u later.

How about your twin's weight now? Mine is only around 1lbs at week 21, not sure if too light or not.

And how's your own condition now? I start feeling difficult when going upstairs, need to walk quite slow, otherwise the heart beat will be getting fast

Thank you. I guess the cost will be around $60000 + for 順利地開刀 (not emergency)+ BB okay (no need to 訓箱仔 or 輕磅...) and in case if any emergency matter happens... the cost will be around $100,000 + (coz you need two paediatricians standby instead of one)

my twins' weight --> I don't know their exact weight now but all the doctors (Dr Yu, Govt Doctor) said they are all in proportion to their gestation age and interestingly both of them are in same size (FL, CRL, AL...) and weight...

my condition: same as you... walk like a pigeon..very slow...and feeling hard in walking upstairs...

have u joined any physio class for preg women? it may help ga...

我日日都好忙架!好彩孖b已經介夜奶,咁就舒服好多!佢地踏入2個多月就好好揍,自行入睡,唔洗再抱住先肯訓.加上一覺既睡眠時間長左好多,可以有番d私人時間.
我無參加按摩呀!因為我好"蛇quare"怕人多,驚佢地會唔慣.不過星期六會去買下野.好可惜見唔到大家. :-|
