1. To receive a "bounce-back" coupon valid for 10% off a future hotel-only booking at a participating Price Match Guarantee hotel, you must book by 11:59 PM GMT on December 10, 2012 on the UK version of Hotels.com (or on 0203 027 8673) for a stay to be completed between December 3, 2012 and March 15, 2013. Bookings are subject to availability and the hotel's terms and conditions. Your bounce-back coupon will be sent to the email address used at the time of booking by December 20, 2012. The bounce-back coupon must be used by 11:59 PM GMT on January 15, 2013 on the UK version of Hotels.com (or on 0203 027 8673) for a stay to be completed between December 20, 2012 and April 20, 2013.
2. The coupons cannot be used for (a) package bookings, (b) bookings made through a group travel service, (c) bookings paid for at a hotel, (d) bookings paid for in a foreign currency, or (e) bookings at non-participating hotels. Visit www.hotels.com/deals/hotel-exclusions to view a list of non-participating hotels. Participating hotels are subject to change at any time.
3. You may only use your bounce-back coupon one (1) time. You will not be able to use it again, even if you cancel your reservation. There is a limit of (1) coupon per booking, and the coupon cannot be combined with other offers.
4. Bookings using a bounce-back coupon are not eligible for the Welcome Rewards® programme. The coupon cannot be applied to taxes, fees, or charges, including, without limitation, extra person, phone, cancellation, parking, or other charges. You must pay these charges at the time the reservation is confirmed, or directly to the hotel.
5. Coupons are not redeemable for cash, may not be transferred or sold, and is void where prohibited by law. Hotels.com reserves the right to modify this offer at any time.
