講樣野俾你知吖, 我懷疑我已經養c了那兩個在北海道買的海藻球. 事緣係我之前在網上見到話呢d海藻球鍾意冷(我諗係因為北海道的湖底比較涼), 可以一個星期放佢地入雪櫃(下面那格)一兩日. 我上星期有一日下晝心急, 放了佢地在冰格, 諗住放工前拎番出來. 點知...

我唔記得左佢地, 到第二朝有同事見到幫我拎番出來, 但樽海藻球已經結左冰. :cry: :cry:
而家那兩粒海藻球冇以前咁綠, 帶點啡色, 我諗佢地可能已經c左, 又或者凍病左了. :-( :-(

Ng-hike-ah-hua??? Hope they are ok la... but frankly, I have very bad at taking care of plants, little animals etc... always make them die ga... fortunately, not including little ppl tse.

But the mood today is even worser than usual ma...

My dept may have re-org soon la, so I may have the chance being 'bye-bye'... haha, you know my job is a 'chicken-nar' (really have no ideas how to 'pin' it this time tim)... eat no taste, throw away regret, ai...

I will leave early today for the Chinese herbalist again... not so good these days, ai...

Haha, I can't ga, esp. w/ BB, he is quite naughty ga, naughty means he doesn't listen to you ga, I have no patient ga...

will see lor, if can't find any 'suitable' job, then may have to think about it lor. On the other hand, I am a lazy pig, it would be good if I don't need to go to work ga, hahaha!

What kind of food and how much do your kids take in each day? I am afraid that Tim is taking too much.

Breakfast: a bowl of cereals
a few slices of fruits usually apples
Lunch: a bowl of rice
Before taking the nap in the afternoon:7 oz of bf milk
around 4-5p.m.: a steamed egg
half piece of bread/ some biscuits/ some fruits
When I come back at around 6: bf by me
1/3 of bowl of noodles
Dinner at 8 : 1 bowl of rice
half bowl of soup

Before sleeping: bf by me

智程的飲食schedule同細個的時候差不多 ~
around 8:00 - 8-9oz formula
11:30 - 1 bowl of 爛飯
1:30 - fruit (3/4 apple or pear)
3:00 - 8 oz formula
7:00 - 1 bowl of 爛飯
10:30 - 8 oz formula (不過成日飲剩1-4oz

)

智程都試過臨瞓餐奶飲得好少, 半夜(近天光)喊醒. 那次五點幾近六點佢喊醒, 我好眼瞓, 就咁拍佢瞓番. 不過佢瞓得唔"林", 每隔15-30分鐘就喊住坐起身. 結果糾纏到七點我叫工人開支奶餵佢, 佢食4oz, 跟住又瞓番.
但係食左4oz, 早餐8-9點時, 佢1oz奶都唔食. :evil:
不過我都冇法, 唯有由佢餓下.
